I don't have MIC, but I do have CTX and I think they are pretty modifiable as far as impact goes. In 10-10-10 for example, the hi/lo part is basically low kicks forward and to the sides while you're moving around your step, and you could just do kicks without bouncing. If I'm feeling it too much, I just keep one foot planted while I do the moves. Hmmmm, I planned for this to be helpful, but I'm kind of drawing a blank as far as the moves go. But I do modify, so to answer your question: yes, they can be modified.
