I have the series and if you like a variety of workouts, it's for you. The one thing that I don't like about them is that they combine a short cardio with one upper body part. With the way that I workout I only use the cardio when I want a short cardio day and then use the upper body split which takes all of the upper body segments and puts them in one "premix". The leg workout is good though....Basically it gives you a week long exercise program on one DVD.
