You'll more than likely get a split on this one! It seems to be a love/hate relationship! ha
Anyway I LOVE CTX! Here's my opinion
1. I use the upper splits as add-ons to my strength training
2. Leaner Legs ROCKS! Worth the price of dvd alone to me! and ou cant get it alone
3. All workouts about 40-45 minutes (cardio + 1 body part) VERY time efficient if you are short on time
4. GREAT add on to a 50-60 minute cardio if you want a 90 minute 1 or two days a week.

I love this series. I bought it after a break from working out and it helped me gain strength like nothing else. I also appreciate the shorter format. I don't have more than an hour a day to give to my fitness routines, so these workouts are perfect for me. Plus, I find it really fun!
 
I love this series, in fact, I'm doing a rotation with it right now.

I love the short but "intense" cardio and leaner legs is one of Cathe's most perfect leg routines. The strength workouts are very thorough and the ab work is very, very, good, some of Cathes best, IMO.

It's a very versitle series, you love it!}(
 
CTX is very worth the money!! I Love it!! I don't normally do it "as is" I use parts of it, extra cardio, or UB work only, Meaner Legs, etc. It just a great series. You won't regret it!

Awesome series but it is high impact if you are impact-adverse. You can modify, of course, but sometimes folks don't want to.

I love this series. The workouts are designed to be shorter but get the job done. Definitely worth the $$!

I love it too. The pace is very quick. Since lack of time is not an issue, I like to combine the workouts, do two together or do one with a corresponding Timesaver. I enjoy the straight CTX rotation at times as well but really like cardio so 30 minutes only is difficult for me to stick to. It's some of Cathe's best work and I think you'll love adding it to your collection.

Well i guess i am going to get this one too.
I should have just spent the 800 at 1st and got them all.
I didn't even realize i didn't have this one till i was looking at this months rotation.
Someone on e-bay is selling it used for 84. I howled. It is only 85 new. I think she better relist.I will definitely buy new for a dollar...
