Hi ,just wondered which would be the most value for providing low impact options.Need to stick to low impact.many thanks mel
 
Both cross fire and To the max are multi impact (i.e low and high impact) workout.

If you want pure low impact workout, I suggest you try Afterburn for example.
You could look at Cathe's Low impact series on the website.

Nathalie's right - TTM and CF are both multi impact and seem like they would be pretty hard to modify , but of course , it can be done if you're good at that kind of thing . I'd keep it simple and go with something from the LIS series . Good luck !
 
Anything from the LIS series, also try Low Max from the Hardcore series, and All Out Low Impact HiiT from the new Xtrain series.
