Crockpot Orange Chicken

This is one great dish. I used chicken breasts, reduced sodium chicken broth, brown rice, and Simply Fruit orange marmalade to make it more healthy. I also cut down on the sauce when adding it to the rice since I don't like a lot of sauce on things. Tasty and healthy.

The only thing I might do next time is add a bit less of the liquid ingredients or a bit more of the cornstarch.
 
Thanks for the recipe, it was very good! I did all your modifications and it turned out very tasty. I agree, less liquids next time as the chicken also adds liquid when it cooks. Oh, and I think I'll try chicken tenders next time because the half chicken breasts I put in were a little tough to eat with the sauce at work, lol.
