creating workouts

When entering new workouts, how do I know how many mets and calories I am burning. Is there a way to log in "20 mins chest work" or "30 mins legs" etc.? Or is there somewhere CAthe's DVD's are listed so that I can just add dvd as my workout? I find this software a little confusing.

If you're entering your own custom workout you will have to enter the met value that best describes the intensity of your workout. Click Here for a Mets table

We have video tutorials for the Workout Manager that can help you. All of our DVDs are listed in the calendar view. Just watch the calendar tutorial and let us know if you still have questions.
