Creating a rotation

I too was wondering how does someone create a rotation? Personally, I do not need to loose a lot of fat (maybe 2lbs) and I'm not necessarily looking to just focus on getting so strong that I can carry my husband ~ my muscles are defined so I really don’t need to concentrate on definition either. I've only done a rotation once, but for the most part I pick and choose whatever I feel like doing. Most of the time I lift weights in the morning and do cardio at night (but like SJP, I'll do the weights too). Is this ok to continue or should I really try to put a rotation together or some sort? I have all your DVD's except for the earlier step and Terminator. Thanks so much for your assistance.

Hi, Susan! I'm not Cathe but I thought I'd weigh in:

I don't follow any sort of formal rotation either; I simply have my little raft of current faves and do those on my scheduled home workouts sessions as I wish. The current faves to shift and change moderately over time, but they are all ones that challenge me and keep me working.

From what you've described you have a system that works for you, so keep at it. If you're feeling like you need a change, upkick your weight loads just a tic and upkick your cardio just a tic or two.

And - GET THE TERMINATOR DVD! IT REALLY ROCKS!
