creamy non-fat yogurt dressing

For those of you who are sick of oil-and-vinegar dressings... and want a nice lo-cal alternative, try this: Use a little lo-fat mayo (maybe 1/4 cup), about 3/4 cup of non-fat plain yogurt, add a little garlic powder, dried basil, and balsamic vinegar to taste.

This has been a tasty change from other dressings for me. I also saw a recipe that used orange juice instead of the vinegar, for fruit salad.
