This morning I did Med Ball Abs and GS Legs timesaver #1. Headed to a Royals baseball game if it doesn't rain out.

I just finished my workout for today. I didn't start my workout until later than I'd have liked, but I got it done and that's what counts.:D

Here's today's workout:

Ilaria Powerstrike 5= 52 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 497

Chalean Extreme- Burn It Off= 27 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 240

Chalene Extreme- Ab burner= 10 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 68

Total calories burned= 805 :cool:

Ok, I'm still having some right side muscle spasms and tightness on the rightside involving my calf, hamstrings, quads and glutes of the leg. I'm off to get cleaned up. I'll see ya all at monday's check in. Have great weekend girls.

I ended up doing only JM30DS and a walk. That's all.

Will try to catch up on my workouts. BBL!
 
Good Afternoon,

My calves hurt from yesterdays workout so I will do a stretch later. My dizziness came back ran out of allergy medicine.
