Crazy strong & loving it for Sunday!

Hi and good morning,

Yesterday ended up beeing a rest day:confused: DH and I went shopping to Bamberg instead. Got home to late to workout:( we had a lot of fun. Eating was bad, so today I need to get a good workout in + abs!

I will be back to catch up on personals!

Hallo again,

DH and I went to the gym, I ended up doing CCPP again:p needed to burn some calories! I also did the stretch from Amy Bento's "Abs & stretch #2"! I can't lift my legs to get a ab workout in right now, I will do them later after my legs loosen up a pit:eek: I promise I will do them! Need too! BBL!

Today I definetly need to do a stretch my body is demanding it. I can't decide it I should repeat last week or just continue on schedule.

Belinda-sounds like you had a fun day and a good workout. It so funny how we can forget to stretch.
