Sorry to be so brief but I got to go pick up my son from his cross country meet.

So I think I started working out too soon. By the time I got to work I started getting the chills and just did not feel well all day. The secretary told me to go home but I hate missing work. Plus I'm not contageous so I just stayed. I really wish these antibiotics would work a bit faster. I only have two more days left and if I'm not better, I plan to get a hold of the doctor and see if he can prescribe something more for me. I'm sick of feeling this way. My head was really hurting again this morning and I feel so drained. I should stay home but I have so much to get ready for at work.

Belinda - I'm sorry to hear about your MIL. I will keep her in my prayers. And I think you can skip one day of workouts. Why stress yourself out like that? {{{{HUGS}}}}

I didn't sleep well again last night so no gym this morning, tonite I did KCM Split Sessions Lower Body and it was tough.

Hey Girls...

I did STS Meso 1, Back & Triceps Today. Fun stuff! I'm really loving STS these past 2 weeks. Always puts me in a good mood and I enjoy doing it.

Debbie: Feel better! My DH also has a sinus infection. He's had it for 2 months now.

Nora: EXCELLENT workouts, as usual. HR is a goodie!!! And yes, I think KCM and Cathe are tied for my favorites.

Belinda: Oh no! Prayers and safe travels for you and DH. That is so sad!!

Roxie: Hope you sleep better! I hope I do too! sleep has not been great here lately either....

Roxie- Sorry you've been having trouble sleeping lately, that's no fun. Great job though with KCM Lower Body Split sessions, you're right that is a toughie. Hi all! I called my doctor yesterday and told him I wasn't feeling any better on Thursday than I was feeling on Monday. He called in another prescription. Let's hope it starts working. I took one last night and do feel a lot better this morning. Hopefully I'll be working out again on Monday.

Tonite I will go to the gym and do some cardio won't know what until I know what how my legs are going to feel by the end of the day. DD has given us permission to come see the grandson tonite so we will do that after.

Debbie-hope this new antibiotic helps.

Yesterday I did KCM's 30 MTF Quick Fix Cardio Premix. Today I did her Plateau Buster #2 with the stretch added on. Really enjoying KCM lately!

I'm still not feeling well I'm pretty sure its stress. My best remedy for that I can think of is prayer and exercise, so that's what I did. I'll just do a quick check in and I need to rest so I'll skip personals.

I love that I got a big bang calorie burn wise for that little amount of time.:D

Today I did cardio. I chose one of my Cardio Coach mixes. Had an ok workout. I finally feel about normal but I can tell my cardio endurance has suffered.

Today I did a short yoga workout. I did Karen Voight's Yoga Strength. It's only about 25 minutes. My low back has been hurting from coughing so much so I didn't want to change pulling it out. I feel good right now, glad I did it. I think it helped the tightness I was feeling back there.

Tomorrow no workout. I have to be at work by 7, so really early day tomorrow. Thursday I'll do cardio and Friday I'll do yoga again. I think next week I'll try to do a total body workout, like Muscle Max or something. See how I do. I'm still worried about my upper back. Believe it or not, it's still not 100% gone. And when I do repetitive movement with my arms, I really feel the tightness again. Yesterday I was stapling stuff and putting folders together and that same movement made it start to hurt again. I wonder why? It should be healed by now. I've stopped doing almost everything that was irritating it.

Good morning girls,

I am back from Florida since Monday afternoon. So much going on. Very sad few days since last week.

Thanks for all the prayers and hugs, means a lot to me:) My MIL kidney are shutting down, she is so swollen up from all that water in her body. They can't keep her on the meds for the water any longer, once they take her off that will shut her body down:( So sad! We may fly down to FL again.

I am also shocked to read on FB that Gin (TXGin) passed away last Thursday:( I meet her on Cathe's RT'07. I can't stop crying. Rest in peace sweet friend. So sad!

I will be back after my workout. I also have to clean my house.

Tonite for me will be KCMs MD#2. I went to the gym last night to cancel my membership so I didn't do the elliptical and when I got home I just wasn't feeling any kind of a workout.

Belinda-sorry to hear MIL is not getting any better you and DH take care.
