Chris- Great workout for you today, and I'm happy your enjoying revisiting STS, those are killer dvds. I feel the same way about Cathe and KCM I love them both and its nice to switch things up or to come up with a little of both KCM and Cathe. Either way its awesome! Take care and be well!

Roxie- Sorry you've been having trouble sleeping lately, that's no fun. Great job though with KCM Lower Body Split sessions, you're right that is a toughie. Debbie- Oh no, your still feeling unwell and feeling miserable. I hope that rest and those antibiotics kick in and start doing their job.
