Crazy, strong & loving it for September!!

My boss called me last night and needs me to go in early today to get some info for him for his 8:00 meeting. I didn't want to get up even earlier than 4:45 so I just skipped my workout. Maybe if I have it in me when I get home I'll do something.

Today I am starting the Brazil Butt Lift Slim & Shape rotation. I will do Booty Basic = 15 min and Bum Bum = 31 min. I also plan on doing the Butt Bible L1 (2nd week) = 30 min.

I spent the entire day cleaning and doing laundry for dd which I have discovered was not a good idea she only got out of her chair once and only put the baby down to change him so I should have made her help me do something. No workout for me I have kind of lost the mood.

Debbie-I hope you are better then I am.

Roxie- Wow, you've been busy working around your DD's house helping her out. I'm sure she appreciates it. I would caution your DD that she does need to get up and walk around the house because she needs to get her strength back, and sitting or sitting is not good for getting her strength back. I do hope she gets her strength back soon and feeling better. Your a great mom to help her out like that. ((Hugs!)

Belinda- Good for you you doing BBL, I hope you enjoy the rotation you mentioned. Enjoy and good luck on your journey to being booty-lic-iousness;):D

Today was cardio and I did Cardio Coach #1. Needed a quick one because I have a sore throat and just don't feel good. But didn't want to miss another workout. I did pretty well but had a few dizzy spells and I just wish I could stay home. Truth be told, I probably could, but I have so much to do today.

Morning girls,

Lately has been crazy here, getting lots done. We finished DH's work shop and 95% of the garage is done too. DS and I been working in the garage the last few day's. He is a lot of help around the house, lol. He also made Alesia go into the garage to go through her boxes. LOL! By the end of this week we should be done. We have way to much grap!!!

Our German Shepard mix bit my son's dog 2 weeks ago? We don't know why he does that? Yesterday we took him to K9 dog trainer. The training was over 2 hours. I have my hands full with all those dogs.:confused::confused:

Nora - nice mix of workouts yesterday. I have nice bum bum doms going on:p

Hi Girls..

I had a busy day yesterday, slept just a little after working overnight, and ran my mom to a doctor's appt and back to the rehab. I was exhausted, but felt like I should do something. So I did CF: Low Impact Tabata Premix and then I did CoreMax on the ball.

Today I decided I wanted to give Jan 2012 Total Transformation Rotation a go! So I did STS Meso 2, Disc 16, Chest Shoulders and Triceps. I enjoyed it! I'm going to mix up some of the workouts on the rotation, but stick with the STS she has scheduled.

Debbie: I start to feel guilty if I miss a workout too! It's funny, right? nice job with CC today.

Roxie: Hope you are enjoying the baby! is your daughter staying with you or are you staying with her for a bit?

Belinda: BBL is a fun series, and has some tough LB workouts! That Tummy Tuck was hard, wasn't it? How many dogs do you have there with your son's dog? 3?

Nora: Excellent workouts as usual! I love the premixes on CF and TTM!

I just finished today's workout and feel great except my right hand is very numb with some but not a lot sensation in it today. So I'll just briefly check in and not sure if I can do personals today due to my hand and MS issues today, with MS there are good, bad, and inbetween days and this seems to be an inbetween day.

Here's today's workout:

No workout again today. I now have a cough and a really congested head. It would be impossible to do yoga feeling like this. I still have dizzy spells as well. Hope this doesn't last long...
 
Today I subbed in a lower body workout for Lower Body Trisets (did enough of that last month).

I did Jillian's Killer Buns & Thighs. Added on Yoga Relax Premix #1 plus the ab work on Yoga Max. I thought the ab work was longer on YM. I remember my core KILLING me from YM last time and thought it was the core work. But it must have been the entire workout.

Nora: O!!! you're starting Body Revolution? Very cool!!! Hope you like it!

Debbie: Smart move not doing yoga with sinus issues. Hope it doesn't last long. it's definitely cold season. Ick.

Sorry for the late check in today, I did finish my workout about four hours ago, but have had a lot of trouble today using my right hand using any gripping or fine motor skills with it is so not happening.

Love these new KCM workouts and this one is definitely a metabolic workout, which I love!

Chris- You noticed JMBR, eh? LOL!! Yes, I did get it and now have it in my hot little hands. I had to try it out and it looked fairly easy and felt easy but that was just the first workout and you can always modify with weights to make it easier or harder or follow modifier for cues on stuff. Eventhough I did the first workout yesterday I did sweat buckets. I did feel that she does a lot for her 30 Minutes and it made it go by fast I still felt I needed an addon to make it more challenging and for the calorie burn I needed. I know the workouts do get progressively harder so that's cool. Jillian did seem nicer more encouraging and still likes to pick on someone to push them making their modification a little harder. I liked it. I plan on starting it officially next week, so DH can do it with me. Cathe is killing me this week with GS, LOL!! Take care and Great subbing on your workout today. Good for you! Belinda- You are crazy doing Butt Bible L1 W2 and Brazil Butt lift Bum Bum no wonder your butt is sore and DOMsy. Probably doubling up same area of body workout might not be the best idea, maybe alternate or something and break it up with a day of cardio in between. Bravo on your butterifick workout maybe take tomorrow off to recover. See how you feel tomorrow. Great job though, way to go girlfriend!;):cool:

No workout to report in with. I was too upset after getting a bill in the mail with a handwritten note on it that said we had to pay ASAP or my Dr's office will turn it over to collections. We have less than $23 to last a family of four for a week. I returned some stuff and got $50 to pay Dr's office and called them after payment to let them know they'd be getting a payment online from my bank so to please call off the bill collectors. Its been very stressful lately I've been trying to keep my chin up and be positive and pray a lot. Enlight of all this stress its effected my MS greatly with little use of my right hand and very iffy balance. Due finances being difficult I didn't feel I could keep Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and shipped it back today. I did get to used disc 1 and I liked it but felt it was too easy for me, but in fairness the first phase is geared towards people that do not exercise regularly so it is taught from that perspective. I understand Phase 2 and 3 are much tougher but I needed the money for my family more.

Sorry for not checking in yesterday, I was busy cleaning my floors. I did walked the dogs in the morning and did Tank Top Arms again.

Today I will do Cardio Axe and High& Tight.

Nora - sorry about the bill collector. You always can buy JM new series later, I heard they are starting to sell them in Target.

Chris - I will check JM BR out once they sell in Target,lol. Glad you like them.


Roxie - how is the new baby and mom? Good job last night.
