Good Morning,

I didn't get my walk in this morning couldn't go back to sleep after DH left so told dd I was to tired. Tonite is KCMs KBXing. Tomarrow I am going to a family reunion so dd I wanted to walk before I go but I know her inlaws are staying with her so don't know if we will.

Belinda-good job with your workouts.

Nora-I am so glad the 100 degree temps finally broke here its been in the upper 70's all week, when dd and I walk its between 46-50 degrees.
 
Hi girls,

Sorry, for not checking in this morning. My workouts: walk for 45 min, JM30DS and 30 min yoga. I was gonna do more cardio, went to the doc with my husband instead. Tomorrow I will do something good.

Today was "total body weight workout", so I did Muscle Endurance, Express Workout Premix (50 minutes). The lower body stuff (endless leg presses! :eek:) was pretty challenging and my buttocks were on FIRE. Good stuff.

Rest of my day was busy, visit with my brother, groceries, lots of cooking!

Belinda: That's cool you're doing Jillian's workouts. I like her stuff! you have Bob's stuff too, don't you? Thanks for the hugs and the thoughts. I appreciate it!

Roxie: Nice you started a new rotation! Sounds like you're busy there. Do what you can, right?

Nora: BM2 yesterday? wow! Are you doing Cathe's Sept Rotation? I know a few that are. Thanks for the thoughts and the info on hospice. I'm really thinking that will help him so much. He keeps asking to see a priest, but the f'n priest (pardon my french) hasn't come! And it's been a week! Really kind of pisses me off.
