CRAZY, STRONG & LOVING IT FOR SEP 19, 2011

So I know I said I'd start my lifting this week but I think I'm going to give it just one more week. It's been 5, whats one more? I still feel a pinch when I sleep and sit so I don't want to aggrevate it again. I know when I injured my low back I never gave it time to heal and I just kept side-lining myself. I don't want to do that again. So I'll do cardio this week and start Monday.

Today I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and had a puke status workout. It felt great to get moving.

DD and I went for our 6 am walk and got to watch the fog rise off the lake, it was a little chilly this morning. Tonite will be KPC Cardio, 30 pushups and 200 crunches.

Debbie-I have a question for you I know I am not Jessica Biel but I read she does circuits, Plyo and HiiT workouts plus fighting to get in shape if I tried this what kind of results do you think I would get? For the fighting I would do KBXing and KCMs Boxing.

Honestly, I don't know. I can't say whether a rotation will work for any particular person or not. You need to try it and see how your body responds. I love Jessica Biel and seen her workout regime and I thought it looked really good. Give it a try and see! You never know. ;)

I'm not feeling so good right now as my muscles on the right side low back and glute are feeling sore and tight and painful. I'm so sick of this I'm ready for it to be over but it appears as it may be MS related, so yuck I'm stuck with it. Oh well, on the brightside I did workout and didn't let it sideline me so that's good. I think I'll go get cleaned up and rest. I don't think I'll be up to personals tonight but just know I wish you all the best and keep up on getting fit girls you're all amazing Cathletes in your own right.
