I forgot to post my workout yesterday. I did Hiit 30/30 + JM30DS + AC Med ball abs!

Today I will do STS Disc 15 + JM30DS!

I will be back and catch up on personals!

DD and I didn't get to go for a walk this morning it was raining. Tonite is GS Legs and KCMs KBXing, plus 200 crunches and 30 pushups.
