I just finished my workout for today and amazingly I feel pretty darn good on my right side which is unusual since May of this year. I'll just check in now.

I do love MMA Boxing, so much fun.
I think doing a shorter workout first of weights slower and heavy in a circuit style seems to really agree with my body before I attempt cardio, not sure why but hey if it ain't broke don't fix it right?
