Hi girls!

Sorry I haven't checked in. I've had a busy few days here. Yesterday I had to go to the ER to meet my brother. He's 54 and having some new health issues that are very concerning . They admitted him, and he's supposed to have a biopsy of his lung on Monday. So scary, and I'm an emotional mess. He's at the hospital that I work at so I'll be there tonight and tomorrow to check in with him.

Somehow I managed to do my Peak Fit workout yesterday, it was tough. It was Cardio Strength 1. today was supposed to be another Peak Fit, but I got up with a horrid headache, and I had so much to do that I hadn't done on Friday around the house.

Belinda: I saw something about a house you may get? How is that going? it sounds amazing!! Any place with a room for a workout room is ok with me! Great going on STS this week!

Roxie: you're still rocking the workouts!! You are doing so good!

Debbie: what do you plan on doing for next week?

Nora: Hope you are feeling better soon!!! Been thinking about you!
