I am done with C&W + abs! That ab workout in C&W is a tough one.Had a fun and sweaty workout. Sunday I will try to get another run in:eek:

I need to clean my house and walk the dogs. Have a great day and workout.

Last night did not go as planned. I came home to my sister complaining of a slight fever and totally scared out of her mind that her infection had returned. Thankfully, it had not - my mom has put the hypochondriac syndrome into my sis a little bit so she overreacted a bit at her temp being two degrees above normal. Long story short, I was the good sister and chose to skip my run (I was in complete workout gear at the time too!) to keep her calm, bring her fluids and some food to make her feel better. I think she was just really dehydrated, hadn't drank enough and was breast feeding a lot yesterday. So - long story short, no workout for me last night. :( But I win the spirit award for good sister of the week, I suppose, right??

I was going to try to fit in a run this morning either before or after STS back/tri's but was just utterly BEAT when the alarm went off at 5. So I reset it, had no choice, knew the run wasn't going to happen so I just did STS today. I know - "just" did STS sounds lame right?? I am totally beating myself up for not going as crazy with the workouts lately and I know that's weighing on me in a bad way. There's no need to be so hard on myself so why do I do it?? Bah. PMS is part of the issue I know, but still...so I'm trying to will myself into believing I'll do Core Fusion tonight or something since tomorrow and Sunday I have planned some super-duper awesome runs since my mom will be around to help my sis. Something to look forward to!

Again, so sorry to be such a downer lately! TRYING to get some perspective in a big way, I mean seriously - my sister is doing SO MUCH better, that is something to rejoice over and all I can do is complain that I'm overtired all the time. Geez.

I did get my workouts done last night but it was late so I didn't get them posted chose SM no equipment over Stretch 40. Tonite is TF 30 and Stretch 10.

Belinda-sounds like a good workout.

Jess-we are all here for you hope things get better. Stop beating yourself up you did do STS.

Thank you for knocking me upside the head - DUH, I DID workout today, so what am I complaining about?? I have issues, I swear. ;)
 
Today was cardio and I chose Step Blast. Knee did ok with it, the only time I felt a little pain was when I did step segment 3 with the peg-leg pivots. The pivot sort of hurt. Other than that, it was ok.

This one really got me today, I had to rest a bit longer then what Cathe does in the workout - as you can see from my total time.

Love when Painted Black comes on! :D

Belinda - Excellent going with C&W. Did you do the weight part too?

Jess - No need to aplogize. Sometimes it feels better to tell someone (us) how you are feeling. We can't always be 100% positive. Hope your sister gets better soon. How long is she going to stay with you?

Thank you for that! My sis has only been with us a little over a week but will likely be with us two more weeks unless something changes in the meantime (mainly with the sitch with her husband...)

hey Girls!

Today I kept it low(er) again and did another Turbo Jam workout: Punch Kick and Jam. I only did the cardio and cool down (there are a few leg drills in it too). Total time for cardio was 36 minutes. And then I did a Yoga from Kathy Smith, for 25 minutes.

Off to clean clean clean and cook cook cook!!!:eek:
 
Hi everyone.

I had a post typed up this morning, hit a random key and POOF...it disappeared. How frustrating. Didn't have time to come back. Why are Friday's always so crazy?!?!?

So I did Step Moves again last night. Yeah I know, I have a problem... I really need to wein (spelling?) myself off of that one. It's alot of fun, but I think I'm addicted to it. Supposed to do Back & Bi's tonight but honestly, I'm feeling kind of down in the dumps. Not sure why and I know working out would probably make me feel better, but I just feel like sulking tonight...:p

So, I'm going to sulk and kick myself tomorrow when I have to do Back, Bi's and cardio...;)

Hi girls!;)

I already checked in with today's workout. I just wanted to comment on it and say that Cathe's HiiT 40/20 is tough, I was gasping for air out of breath and dripping with sweat. It was every bit as tough as I last remember it being plus it was more, and loved it! Power Hour was killer and kicked butt with a punch! Awesome stuff! I was missing Cathe workouts so I did cathe instead of TF.

Belinda- Awesome job on C+W+ abs. That's a fun workout and the abs are killer. WTG! great workout today!:):D

Jessica- Sorry, things didn't go as planned with your workout today. I hope your sister feels better. Her being so panicked about things could be due to being a new mom and lack of sleep. Sleep deprivation can do weird things and make a person edgey especially if you have a brand new baby it can all get to be very overwhelming. I hope that you'll be able to get in Core Fusion tonight that should make you feel better and maybe eleviate some of the icky pms symptoms for you. I know exercise can help with mine. Yes, you most defintitely have earned the Spirit award this week as being a Super good sister, Bravo!!!

Roxie- Great job getting your workout done last night!YAY!!! You go girl!! Tonight you said you'll do TF 30 and Stretch 10, that's great a fun workout. Have an awesome workout and keep up the great job with your workouts;):D

Debbie- Awesome job with SB, great calorie burn today! I know what you mean some moves my knees say I don't think so, not so much today just modify as best you can. Great workout today Debbie, as usual you rocked it!;)

Chris- What fun to revisit Turbo Jam dvd workouts during your recovery week and you did yoga today too, gold star for you! Turbo Fire Punch, Kick, and Jam is a fun workout. Then Kathy Smith yoga, I have that workout too. I'm beginning to think you'd be surprised at how many dvd's we have in common. KS yoga is surprisingly very good. You can get many of her older dvd's at amazon for like $6 its a great buy. ^^^5's on the fun workout and yoga today.;):D:cool:

Melissa- I feel your pain about the Poof losing your post. It happens to me often, sad to say. I'm just not always able to go back and re-post it due to numbness and pain in my right hand. I know odd combo right? Numbness and pain, MS is odd that way. Its ok to take an unschedule day off when your just aren't feeling it. Enjoy your rest day! ;)

Nora - I know what you mean about getting your Cathe fix. WTG, on Hitt 40/20 plus PH today. Those are some tough workouts.

Jessica - I totally agree with Nora on everything! Your sis is going through a lot of emotions beeing a new mom. It will take time. Did you get CF in tonight.

Roxie - good job with TF 30 + stretch 10 tonight.

Debbie - nice cal burn today, girl. Yes, I did C+W with light weights, just to shake things up.

Melissa- sorry about your post this morning. I do that quit a lot too. Nice job, with SM last night. Hope you feel better. ((HUGS)))

Chris - nothing wrong taking it easy once in awhile. Great job, with your workouts today. I was doing a lot of cleaning too. With having dogs, seems like I always cleaning. LOL! My dogs are losing a lot of hair, not sure what this is all about? It's winter not summer? What did you cook?
