Hi girls!
Despite having a workout injury today I had a great day. I checked online to see if my pre-order for Cathe's four new dvds' had shipped and I wasn't able to tell if it had shipped yet So, I told myself be patient maybe check back later today or tomorrow. Later, I left to go pick up my son from school and there on my door step was a package from cathe I didn't even get to stalk the ups guy. He was here magically like santa and I didn't even see or hear him. Also, I had ordered the Power Tower at amazon and got it delivered Friday! I'm tickled pink that was my christmas present from DH. I twisted my ankle today doing 4DS- HIS. That always seems to be an eminent threat to my ankles with that workout for some reason. Oh well.
Here's today's workout:

I was able to do most of the step portion before I twisted my ankle, I couldn't do step now if my life depended on it. It hurts to put weight on it I can but its not fun. I think I'll ice it tonight.
