. It sounds like you had a killer workout today on the TM, and leg weight work, OMG! I hope your legs will be ok for a workout tomorrow, maybe give the legs a rest day and do upperbody or something. Excellent workout today,WTG~~
Heather- Nice job on the five mile run, but please be careful when it gets so dark early. You can buy a headlamp type headband thingy, I bought one for my DH at Home depot. That way you can see where you are running and give drivers better visibility of you too. Nicely done on your run
Debbie- Nice job on the stretching during your rest week. I was going to ask what do you think of foam rollers for stretching and deep tissue type massage like feel? I'm interested in learning your thoughts on that one. WTG on your stretch, that's always a good thing to do.
Jessica- Bravo on your sweatfest of a spin class. I've never been to a spin class but it sounds like fun and a great sweat, awesome workout today!
Nice calorie burn and you felt awesome afterwards that's the main thing. Bravo for your spin class workout today and doing cardio that's kind to your knees. You rocked that spin class today!!!
PUB always sneaks up on me because I think I can lift way heavier than what Cathe and gals, but when I do on PUB I always regret it and can't lift much at all. I have to remind myself this is a muscle endurance workout and not a strength building workout, but man she always gets me good with that one. It fools you with using dumbells then you forget that its a pyramid and those kill even with lighter weights than STS, but its a definite keeper of a workout.
Melissa- Welcome back, we missed you. Sorry to hear about your neck bugging you. I can so relate I have chronic neck problems since I suffered whip lash over 20 years ago, it was pretty severe. Please take care of your neck and I hope the pinched nerve works its way free and stops causing you any discomfort. I love STS M3 its my fave of all the Meso cycles. The leg work is awesome, I love leg work and ab work. Yes, I'm crazy like that.
I have not doubled up doing two leg workouts a week from M3 but I have done premixes from Legs and Glutes or Butts and Guts and done M3 Leg work. I have not yet done the Squat rack weights for legs yet from STS. I hurt my neck when I was considering that before I finished my second round with
STS. So, to be safe I opted to not do the squat rack and just did regular Meso 3 sparing my neck with having a barbell on it. I don't have a squat rack, but I've heard its awesome to do if you do. If not, and you still want to do the squat rack dvd to use a weighted vest so you can go heavier safely without a squat rack, but only go as heavy as safe for you to lift. Roxie- Awesome workout with L & G floor work and abs that's always a great intense but short leg, thigh, and tush workout. WTG on the abs! You go girl

WTG, girl. Nicely done today with Meso 2, Disc 17, Legs love the leg work on meso 2 and 3. Oh man trisets are killer and actually fun.
Heather- Congrats on your four mile run at lunch with your hubby today. You said you might do some legs or chest work tonight. I don't think I'd have it me to do leg work after a four mile run, but you go for it if your legs will let you. For me, I'm doing good if I still can walk or have balance at least for a little while before I can have a few minutes to recover.
I know you'll rock that workout whatever you choose as usual.
Ok, girls that's it for me today. I need to go apply my nightly heated corn pillow to my neck so sleep is possible. I fell today and hit my head this morning and split open the skin behind the ear. Its ok, I cleaned it with H2O2 but man that hurt. Oh well, I shook it off after a few minutes and went ahead and did my HiiT workouts as planned and ab work. Good night ladies, way to rock all those workouts today, we are definitely Cathletes!
