Crazy, strong & loving it for May!

Today was cardio and I did one of my Cardio Coach tough mixes again. This one is a killer. I did it a few weeks back and I think I added .25 miles to it this time. I'll have to go back and check.

Belinda - So sorry to hear about your neighbor/friend. How sad. I'm glad he's at peace, but still. Things like that shouldn't even happen. I'm liking the light weights for now as well. No pain.

Chris - Sorry you are having issues with your kids. I'm liking the lighter weights for now, I'm thinking of adding in one more day of total body soon.

Roxie - Have a great workout! Are you all moved into your new house now? How is the job front out there?

Debbie-yes we are as moved in as we can be its not big enough for all of our stuff and the job front here is not so good. Its a collage town more then anything else, they use to have 2 manufacturing plants but they both closed. Good job with your workout.

I'm feeling really fatigued lately it makes it very hard to get things done. I apologize once again for lack of personals once again. I'm really struggling with fatigue right now hopefully its just a temporary thing with me right now.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Combat- Lower Body Lean Out= 30 Min

Les Mills pump- Core= 13 Min

I did Supersets and 30 mins on the TM. I don't understand why I haven't done these workouts more often I have really enjoyed them and they don't seem as hard.

Nora-for someone that is fatigued you sure got a nice calorie burn maybe that explains why you are so fatigued.
 
Hi..

I ended up with a rest day today. Well, I. Did my 100 squats and that was it. Busy and lazy I guess. Trying to distress from yesterday and dealing with post issues at my sons school. He is13 . My other 2 are 17 and 11.

Roxie, glad you are loving the BODY Blast series! I did SJP step a few weeks ago and had fun . I won't be doing KCMs newest for a while too. Sorry your daughter is giving u problems too. I would imagine its so hard not to tell her how to do it.
 
Today was yoga and I chose Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown and did Workout #2. I think Workout #1 is harder but itn's not supposed to be. :shrug: I should have done #1. Had an ok workout. Yoga isn't interesting me much anymore.

Roxie - So right now you aren't working? I'm sure you are enjoying your time off. Enjoy it while you can!

I will do Step Blast 1,2,3 and then something on the TM or a walk outside depending on the temps. Workouts I did CK25 WK3 D1 and it felt good I was surprised usually running and me don't get along.

Debbie-I am not working right now and I would love to enjoy my time off if I could feel a little more financially secure. DHs job doesn't pay as well as his last one did but we don't have the huge house payment we use to have and some of the credit cards are paid off.

I did Legs and & Glutes this morning and it was killer then I went for a 2.16 mile hot, humid, windy walk but it felt great. Everyone have a nice weekend.

I woke up with severe pain in my left shoulder I can't turn my head or tip it backwards makes drinking hard I don't know if I slept wrong or what. After DD and GS go home today I will attempt KPC Kicking Drills.

Roxie- OMG!! I agree with Debbie DO NOT WORKOUT today, PLEASE!!! Let your body rest and heal. Maybe take a warm bath and take some advil just don't even attempt any workout today. I know from experience with my neck injury years ago and still there is pain with. When the muscles are tight and pain full to the point it restricts movement exercise will likely just tear the muscles making it more painful and more damage and longer recovery time. Take it from me that is not a place you want to visit ever! Your body is warning you to take it easy things are not right and you can't force it to exercise right now until that goes away. Please becareful and listen to our heartfelt advice girlfriend.;)

Debbie- Nice job with Cardio Coach #3 awesome job WTG! I agree with your advice to Roxie I hope she'll take it. Happy Memorial Day!;)

Today I got up late. I guess I liked how sleeping in felt! :) I did Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown workout #1. I do find this one harder than that 2nd workout.

Still have the pain in neck and shoulder region so I thought I would just stick to cardio this week and some yoga and start with wts again next week. I did walk on the TM last night and it made it hurt a little bit but I think thats because it was already hurting.

Debbie-I will feel quilty if I don't do some kind of workout so its time to listen to my body and stretch.
