Crazy, strong & loving it for May!

My body is sore and tired. I had a weekend full of walking and my legs are still sore from that. Today I just did Karen Voights Yoga Stretch to give my muscles a break. It felt good.

Seems the power strip thing we had the TM plugged into was the problem! You ladies are so smart!!! I unplugged it from the strip and then just put it directly into the plug and it came right on and worked fine. We'll see how it does next time I do my cardio. :)

We had a rough night here DH had a toothache so he was in and out of bed and I couldn't sleep because of it. We are suppose to go to the lake again today but I don't think that is going to happen. I will do KCMs Body Training 2 which is floor work for the legs.

Debbie-glad to here it was a minor problem.

Today I did Cathe's Supersets workout. I went light, highest for upper body was 8's. Highest for lower body was 35#. Had a great workout and not feeling any tightness or pain so far. We'll see how it feels tonight and tomorrow.

I had a good workout but feeling fatigued so I'm glad tomorrow will be the last day of my six months of Les Mills Combat. I'm already hating the idea of taking three days off starting Friday. I'm pretty sure I'll be back Monday with more Les Mills Combat, I do believe I'm addicted LOL!!

Debbie- Congrats on today's workout with Cathe's Supersets!:cool::) I know you've really missing lifting so I'm sure this was super fun for you. Late post we went to the lake again today. I did KCMs Body Training 2, CK25 WK 2 D1 and 50 squats with a 5lb kettlebell.

Nora-GS is crawling everywhere, pulling himself on everything and he took 1 step so he is getting closer to being crazy mobile his mom is not ready for that.

Debbie-good job with the wts I hope they don't bother you.
 
I have a good soreness today from yesterday's workout and I'm happy to say no pain! :eek:

Today I did one of my Cardio Coach mixes - one of the toughest ones I've made. I haven't done it often but for some reason today, even though I had a headache when I woke up and just wanted to go back to bed, I decided to do it. I had an excellent puke status workout! I did the best milage ever with this one!

CARDIO STATS:
65 minutes total
3 minutes below zone
16 minutes in zone
46 minutes above zone
574 calories burned
3.9 miles traveled - almost 4 miles!!!

I feel great! It's beautiful outside and I wish I could ride my motorcycle to work! My helmet messes up my hair plus I'm too dressed up to ride. Oh well, maybe this evening.

I did 55 squats with 5lb kettlebell and later I will try to do KCM Body Training 1 or a walk. DH has a dentist appointment today and we are hoping to see GS tonite. I stepped on the scale this morning and I really need to crack down on my diet.

Roxie- Great job on your work today WTG!! Regarding your GS he sounds wonderful and at that fun age but its going to make your DD work now! LOL!! I remember those day when my two sons now teenagers were babies. Savor those precious moments. Because I can attest the teen years are way tougher. Take care and well done today!;):)

Debbie- Congrats on no pain from the other days workout. Good soreness is ok but not the other stuff. Nicely done today with one of your killer Cardio Coach Mixes. Great workout today and glad you had fun with it. I know for myself some days I have to really kick my own butt to make myself workout but I do make it happen. So I know what those days are like. Dhs dentist appt took longer then we expected they decided to have him come back so they could do a root canal so we were in town all day. While we waited for DD to get off work so we could see GS DH suggested we go for a walk so we went 3 miles around the park. I am excited to see Kellys new workouts are being shipped out just in time for me to start another one of her rotations.

I did KCMs Body Training 1 before we left for the lake and then I still need to do 60 squats. I decided to restart the CK25 program when DH goes back to work next week. Good Job everyone with your workouts anxiously awaiting KCMs new one to get here.

We are headed to the lake again today so I don't know if I will get any workouts in. DH needs to go back to work so I can get back on a schedule. KCM said she was going to put out a new rotation for the new workouts so I will probably do that next.

I did do CK25 WK2 D2 before we left for the lake yesterday I wanted to do something. We won't be going today DH goes back to work tomarrow so its a rest up day. I will do a stretch and some of the workouts I missed.
