Morning girls,

I will do a Total Body workout. I haven't done any cardio in weeks, besides walking. It's so hot outside. I need to get used to the heat or get up very early in the morning.

Today's workout was Chest and Triceps. Same workout as last week except I upped the weights and changed the reps around:

1 min. 30 second rest between each set.

CHEST
Pushups - 3 sets/15 reps (warmup) - (up 2 reps and rest was only 1 minute between each set)
Barbell Bench Press - 95# - 3 sets/6 reps - (up 10# and down 2 reps)
Flat Dumbbell Flyes - 30's - 3 sets/10 reps (up 5# and down 2 reps)
Incline Barbell Press - 75# - 3 sets/12 reps (same weight but up 2 reps)

TRICEPS
Close Grip Bench Press - 80# - 3 sets/6 reps (up 5#, down 2 reps)
Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extension - 20's - 3 sets/10 reps (up 5#'s, same reps)
Weighted Bench Dips - 45# - 3 sets/12 reps (Same weight, last week I did 12/11/10 reps)

I wanted to get up and workout this morning because I am babysitting tonite but I was so tired from last nights little adventure. I am hoping I can at least squeeze in the upper body add on from Basic Step and some abs. So glad its Tuesday already.

Belinda-welcome back to the states I am sure you will adjust to the temps in no time.

Debbie-are you enjoying your workouts a little more?
 
Roxie - Actually, this week does seem a bit better. I wasn't dreading getting up and I enjoyed the workout. So maybe I'm over that horrible hump. Tomorrow is cardio, though.... :rolleyes:
