Hi ladies. Sorry I went MIA this weekend. It was a super busy weekend - lots of sister time. I did workout though (as if). Saturday I did part of SB, yesterday my sister and I ran 2 miles then did hill repeats. After she left, I did weights. It was the 3 sets of 18 reps as supsets. Not sure what I'll do today.

Nora - awesome job with your workout yesterday!
 
Good Morning,

Today is suppose to be 4ds KB, but I am going to go for a walk since there is a chance of ran starting tomarrow and then come home and do the wts.

Heather-sounds like a nice weekend, wish I could spend more time with my sister but she lives to far away and this time of year her DD plays softball.
 
Hi ladies, I'll be back for personals later but wanted to check in since I was outta the loop (like Heather) this weekend. I did fit in some great running though - a 10k on Sat and about 4.2 on Sunday. Today I did the early morning thang with Ride and then Power, all before 7am. :) Great way to start the day, though now I"m beat and just wanna go home. Is it this long weekend yet?!?!
 
I ended up doing a hodge podge of cardio at lunch. I did the warm up and 1st 3 cardio intervals from Cardio Core Circuit then the 3 combos and drills from MMA Kickboxing. I need to do abs after work and stretch.

Jessica - good job with both of the runs this weekend and your morning workouts!

I was thinking the SAME thing LOL.

PS. I meant to ask you - how do you workout at lunch and not go back to work all sweaty? Do you have time to shower before you go back?? Random question, I know ;)
 
Jessica - I have time to shower and get back. I sweat like a man so there is no way they'd let me back in the building if I didn't shower!! LOL

I had very little time, (and very little energy after the working weekend), and so I did Turbo Jam's Fat Blaster, which is 30 minutes of intervals.

I have to say, I LMAO @ Heather sweating like a man and not being allowed back to work like that! HOW FUNNY!!!

Just finished up HIS. This is definetly becoming my go-to workout when I want to end up a sweaty mess. Ahhh...
