Good morning,

Today I will start BH's week 3 rotation, with Body Rev.

Surprise I've done my workout already!:eek:

Here's today's workout:

Pump Revolution= 58 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 515

Track 1 warm up w/#15BB.

Track2 Squat Track- #35BB

Track3 Chest Track- #22BB

Track4 Legs & Back- #30BB

Track5 Triceps-#20BB maybe go a little lighter next time like #15BB.

Track6 Biceps- #20BB or #15BB next time.

Track7 Squat Track- #35BB

Track8 Shoulders Track- Pushups, #5 weight plates,#25 BB.

Track9 Abs Track= No wts., then use #10 weight plate and Mat.

Track 10 Cool down/Stretch Track.
Roughly this completes 800 or so reps!! Killer!!

Oh man, I'm definitely waving the white flag, I couldn't do an add on cardio today if I wanted to, which I did but I'm too wasted to do it. LOL!!!;)

Oh, I was going to ask Chris what did you think of Brazillian Butt Lift? Is it fun, effective, and worth getting? Just curious, I saw some infomercials for it so its got me thinking. Please let me know ok, thanks.;)

Belinda- Yes, I do have many of Bob Harper's dvd's and his rotation but haven't done a rotation of his yet, but I want to do so. Have fun doing BH's rotation and let us know what you think of his workouts and rotation. Enjoy fitness and have fun! Have a great evening!;)

Roxie- Ooh good for you working with a personal trainer that is so awesome, you lucky girl. Have awesome workout tonight with your trainer and remember if we want results we have to go and work for them, I know its unfortunate I've tried the wishing method but that has zero success rate, damn! LOL!! :D Sorry, just a little fitness humor and sort of sarcasm because somehow we are all supposed to look like supermodels and eat whatever we want and never exercise and look absolutely fabulous swim suit model ready. Ugh, I'm so sick of commercial touting instant results with no effort, that is so not even remotely close to reality. I just have to laugh at them because you know unfortunately some poor person is believing that somewhere, its sad. Anywho, we both know results are earned not given and be proud of each and every step of progress in your fitness goals. This includes one extra rep or something, one extra pushup than before, or anything progress is progress and should be applauded for the efforts made, so go for it and embrace the challenge because you can do it:);) You go girlfriend:cool:

Chris- I hope you had a great workou today in whatever you chose to do. BTW, I wanted to ask what you thought of Brazillian Butt Lift? I recall you got that one right? So what did you think? What were your results? Do you think it was worth the purchase? Did you get the basic set as in the infomercial or opt for the deluxe? I hear BB is releasing very soon possibly june or july BBL2, just an FYI if your interested. Have a great day and I hope your doing well. Take care:);)

Hi all. I am enjoying my week off. Trying to figure out how to do my next rotation.

Nora - I was on my motorcycle Saturday, it was so fun! Can't wait to ride again. I think I have my handlebar problem worked out.

Nora - if you have time can you please post Bob's Inside Out Rotation. I found one online, it's a bad copy...I can't hardly see it. BTW, how many workout dvds do you own, lol? You must have tons of wo dvds:p I am not buying anymore, I have enough:) I hardly get around with the one I have:confused:

I have figured out that my trainer is trying to kill me not really she just makes me lift more then I would at home and its something different every time so I never know what to expect. Tonite will be some kind of cardio and abs along with a nice stretch.

Debbie-glad you have your handle bars figured out sounds like a good way to spend a saturday.

Nora-I will accomplish a better body and I will start pushing myself from now on.

Belinda-have fun with Bob.
 
Workout is done! This week is gonna be tough! Bob is gonna do Body Rev and Bure Burn twice:confused: I will be working out 6 days this week instead of 4:confused:

Roxie - sounds like your trainer knows what she is doing;)

I finished my workout earlier but couldn't check in until now, crazy day really messing up my schedule.

here's today's workout:

Les Mills Pump - Combat= 47 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 481
So much fun, nothing like mixed martial arts kickboxing aerobics with a little boxing thrown in there, Love IT!!!

Turbo Fire- HiiT 15= 17 Min
Met Value= 10.0
Calories burned= 232
Turbo Fire is always fun and I've had it since it first came out and still reach for it often. Love the music and fun factor.

Total calories burned = 713;):cool:

Ok, Belinda I did look for my Bob Harper rotation and I think it got thrown out when reorganized my workout room months ago, sorry. I tried his website mytrainerbob.com but couldn't find any rotations listed maybe try his facebook site or twitter and ask for his rotation there. I'd imagine either another Bob fan or Bob himself would respond in kind. I did try to see if I saved it to my computer but no luck there either, sorry. :( Nice job with today's workout with Bob. He's tough, but good!;)

Roxie- great job with your trainer. It sounds like to me she's working on forcing you out of your comfortzone. Now, that is good because its once you do that you can embrace the change and really begin to see there is a method to the madness not just them beating you up, so to speak. LOL!! You know what I mean. Fun workout with KCM Kickboxing today and TBS stretch. Well done, bravo girlfriend.:D

Debbie- Glad to hear your taking advantage of your rest week to have some fun and ride your motorcycle and just recharge. WTG!!;)

Sorry I've been MIA :eek:

I just get caught up in other stuff, and THINK I might have posted and the end of the day comes, and I hadn't! :eek:

So let's see. Monday was GS Chest and Back (mish moshed) and I also did 30 minutes of cardio, which was Cardio Supersets, premix.

Tuesday was a 30 minute run and then I did TF's HiiT 25 (YOWZA! that one is TOUGH. LOTS of jumps!)

Today I did 30 Minutes of Jillian's Burn Fat Boost Metabolism. And then GS Biceps and 4DS LIS Abs.

Belinda: Sounds like you're getting into Bob's rotation! Sounds fun, but not sure I wouldn't tire of bob after a while?!?! His workouts are TOUGH though!

Debbie: Enjoy your rest week! Can't wait to haer what you're going to do next!

Roxie: you're getting some great workouts in this week!. that PT sounds like a good one! It's great to push beyond what you think you can do.

Nora: SO sorry I missed your question this week about BBL! I do have it. I never did it as a rotation. The actual butt workouts are VERY good, and get in there HARD. Alot of barre style stuff and then on all 4's , with weights, like hydrants, let lifts, etc. The cardio wasn't THAT challenging, to tell you the truth. Beginner to Intermediate at best. Dance-y stuff that I'm not a huge fan of, to begin with. Like moving your hips and abs . I'm not good at that. But it is fun when you're alone and can be sure no one is watching! LOL!. I'm not so sure I'd get it again. But I am glad I have it for the toning stuff. Oh, and the Ab Workout is pretty challenging too. I think just the cardio is "meh". I don't think I'd get BBL2. OMG, have you seen the previews for the new BB Program called Body Beast? Looks like a muscle head workout!!! :eek: .... Nice job on YOUR workouts this week, though! You are still kickin !!!!

I got up and walked on the TM for 40mins and tonite I was going to do Turbo Kick again but DH wants to go for a bike ride can't say no to that and then I need to stretch again.

Chirs - I do like Bob's rotation, it's tough! I don't think I ever sweat that much w/ any other rotation:p When I first started, I didn't think I would like it eiter:eek: Next I will do JM Ripped in 30 rotation rotation. Your workouts looking good. How do you like JM workouts? I never done her Burn Fat Boost Metabolism DVD. I have it, never got around to it:(

Roxie - what happend with your PT? Good job keeping up with your workouts.

Belinda-this is what we did Monday warmed up with firewalkers then she had me do a circuit 3 times through 15lb squats for 20 seconds then squat jumps with the wts on my shoulders for 20 seconds, then backward lunges for 20 seconds each leg then backward lunge jumps with out the wts, 15lb one arm rows 10 on each and tricep kickbacks ten with 15lb wts. remember this is three times through and we finished with half burpees for 1 minute x2 and then mountain climbers for 1 minute x2. It was brutal.

Track #6 Biceps #20 BB

Track #7 Legs #35 BB More Squats and Lunges

Track #8 Shoulders using Weight Plates #5 and #7 db pair, Mac Raise, Rear Delt raises, Upright Row with #20 BB, Pushups body weight.

Track #9 Abs No BB or Weights

Track #10 Cool down/Stretch track

I had another awesome Les Mills Pump workout today and feel great. I did cave and order BBL. I figure it could help fight the evil effects of gravity there. LOL!!!

PT and I will be unable to get together tonite so she is going to send me a workout to do at home and I know it will be killer. My thighs are hurting from last nights bike ride. PT is suppose to send me a plan for tonite.

Belinda-enjoy bobs butt whoppin.

Chris-she is a toughie and she isn't very tall but shes mighty.
