Today was cardio. Didn't feel like doing cardio. My boss moved all our office stuff upstairs where his dad use to live and thats where our offices will be for a while. So yesterday I had to set up all our computers and moved a bunch of stuff. My back was killing me last night. I was still very sore in my low back when I got up this morning. So I chose Cardio Coach #2 Revised since it's not a really hard one, plus I modified it alot. By challenge #3 I was moving along pretty well. I feel ok right now. Still need to set up a few more areas today.

Good Morning,

Tonite for me is KPC but I can't decide if I should do the ab part since I worked abs last night. Would you guys consider BM2 a circuit workout I am suppose to do it Friday but I don't want to spend 90mins working out and the step on that one is confusing? I have major DOMs in my arms today.

Belinda-good job with the workout hope all goes well at the dr.

Debbie-that does not sound like a whole lot of fun.
 
Hi ladies. I really meant to post about the race yesterday....I took the day off and also took the day off from any workouts at all! My calves are super tight, but other than that, I feel pretty good.

I am really happy with my race time: 1:54:02. That put me 20th out of 269 in my age group and 117 (was 114) out of 1725 women overall.

Today I plan on getting back into the gym and starting the total body workout that Debbie and I have both done (me twice now). I tweaked it a bit the last time and had 2 days with extra leg work and plan on doing that again. My legs need some major work right about now!! I am also planning on doing weeks 1-4 twice through.

You guys are getting in some great workouts. I feel almost lazy (teehee)!
 
OMG Heather, you kill me. You KNOW how damn proud I am of your race time AND that I think you're nuts for feeling "guilty" for your rest day/relaxing day yesterday!! Enjoy it! Embrace it! You've earned it :)

Ok, I'm off my soap box, for now. hehe.

So ladies - last night's core fusion class with fred devito was UNREAL. Seriously, I blogged about it last night and even that I feel didn't really do it justice. He has such an incredible presence about him and was just so damn encouraging and motivating. He got me to work harder, stretch harder, hang longer than ever before. I didn't even think about it, I just did it. Seriously, he is ridiculous. Speechless STILL a day later. And um, holy doms is all I gotta say! I had to make today a rest day because of it! I feel muscles in my abs and back and butt that I didn't know existed!! Love, love, LOVE it.

Nora - you are a riot, I love your motto and am SO glad you are digging CF too!! Isn't it awesome??

Hi Girls!

Slowly coming back from the dead. I somehow made it through work this past weekend. The steroids gave me a GREAT boost to do it. Today I'm weaned OFF of the steroids, and starting to feel a little more fatigued. I did do my workout though. : KPC: Kicking & Punching Premix (w/abs), Weights part of Weights & Plates Abs, and the Standing Leg drills on the bar from Lower Body Blast + stretch. It just about killed me. The cardio REALLY made me feel shitty. And the bar work made me pretty dizzy.

But I do feel 90% better than last week, so I'm not complaining (too loud).

Belinda: Hi-5's on Intensity today!!!! that's a KILLER workout!!!

Debbie: Sounds like I'm in good company for doing a workout when not feeling 100%! Good for you too!

Heather: Again, BIG CONGRATS on your race. I'm SUPER impressed and am in AWE of you! LOVED reading about it. The coldness sounded horrid though. I really HATE cold and shivering!!!!

Roxie: Enjoy KPC today!! it really is an awesome workout!!

Jess: Wow, that class sounded amazing!! How often does he teach , or was he there as a guest? Good job, though!!

I also have HUGE DOMS from GS: Chest and Triceps yesterday. Again, TOUGH workout when I'm not feeling so great, but it worked me good. HUGE DOMS. :eek:

Chris-I did GS Chest and Tris yesterday and I hear you on the DOMs. Glad you are feeling alittle better.

I finished my workout around 1:30 pm west coast time but got sidetracked. I did plan on doing some Exhale Core Fusion : Energy Flow yoga today as well, but I'd finished my workout much much earlier and started watching Bareminerals on Qvc, I'm an addict love that makeup so I've been glued to the tv watching that. I've been good, and didn't order anything, Phew!

here's today's workouts:

Insanity- Plyometric Cardio Circuit= 40 Min
Met Value= 11.0
Calories burned= 601

The Kettlebell Goddess-Athena Total Body= 37 Min
Met value= 6.50
Calories burned= 328
used# 15 Kettlebell, and #20 Kettlebell.

Total Calories burned= 929

Sadly no Corefusion Energy flow because of the bareminerals show on QVC, Drat! That's it for me today. I'll see ya all at tomorrow's check in, have a great evening girls!;)

I had a mamogram(?) today! Everything looks fine;)

I ordered some workouts DVDs on March 1, they all came yesterday. I can't wait to try Supreme 90:eek: I also got some Amy Bento DVDs Rumble, All Cardio Hi-Lo Knockout/All Pump/Slow Mo - Strenght Challenge/Hi Low Dome Challenge and I got KCM Cardio Kick Step Boxking:eek::D

Debbie - sorry to hear about your back! WTG, on the CC today!
