Hi Girls!
Slowly coming back from the dead. I somehow made it through work this past weekend. The steroids gave me a GREAT boost to do it. Today I'm weaned OFF of the steroids, and starting to feel a little more fatigued. I did do my workout though. : KPC: Kicking & Punching Premix (w/abs), Weights part of Weights & Plates Abs, and the Standing Leg drills on the bar from Lower Body Blast + stretch. It just about killed me. The cardio REALLY made me feel shitty. And the bar work made me pretty dizzy.
But I do feel 90% better than last week, so I'm not complaining (too loud).

Debbie: Sounds like I'm in good company for doing a workout when not feeling 100%! Good for you too!
Heather: Again, BIG CONGRATS on your race. I'm SUPER impressed and am in AWE of you! LOVED reading about it. The coldness sounded horrid though. I really HATE cold and shivering!!!!

I also have HUGE DOMS from GS: Chest and Triceps yesterday. Again, TOUGH workout when I'm not feeling so great, but it worked me good. HUGE DOMS.
