Today I have cardio on tap, not sure if I will go to the gym or workout at home:eek:

Quick check in! DH and I went to the gym, I did CCV3 (4 miles);)
DH and I will go to a military ball this evening. I also have to walk the dogs later, I will not be back until later this evening.

Today was total body and I had a great workout. Really lifted to my full capacity today except for leg extensions and decline flyes. Still have knee issues and pain in my right shoulder.

3 sets/12 reps with 1 min. 30 second rest between each set.

Zottman Curls - 20's
Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extensions - 20's
Decline Dumbbell Flyes - 25's
Bent-Over Lateral Raise - 20's
Leg Extensions - 60#
Upright Rows - 55#

Then I did my favorite Ab Blaster that I got from one of mu Oxygen mags a long time ago. Consists of:

Hanging Knee Raises
Bench V-Ups
Reverse Bench Crunch

***Did all three non-stop. First set with 15 reps, 2nd set with 12 reps and 3rd set with 10 reps. 1 minute rest between each tri-set.

I drank wine last night that apparently my stomach didn't like and my hips hurt all night long so I haven't done a workout yet probably should do a stretch later.

Belinda-good job with your workout.

Debbie-way to go getting your abs done nice workout.

Insanity- Cardio Power & Resistance= 40 Min
Met Value= 11.0
Calories burned= 601

Lauren Brooks The Ultimate Body Sculpt and Conditioning w/KB Vol.2= Warmup+The Grinder+Finisher+Cool Down=34 Min
Met Value= 7.0
High Intensity used #15 KB for majority of workout, #10 KB One legged deadlifts and #20 KB one arm rows.
Calories burned= 325

Total calories burned= 926!;)
