Hi Girls!
Today was supposed to be HSC, like Roxie. I didn't do it, exactly,though. My legs were DOMs'ing from yesterday's Bob!!
and I did not want to do any step (calf issue) So , I mish moshed it by just doing the warm up, and then all the upper body weight work (no cardio), abs, stretch. For my cardio portion, I went to the park for a run!!!! It hit 50 and the sun is shining HUGE out there. Probably the only nice day of the week. It was very nice, enjoyed it, even though my calf kept me from pushing it hard, and my leg DOMS.
Belinda: I'm on my last week of Cathe's March 2011 Rotation. It's upper body and abs focused, thus the 4 days of abs/core!!!
Debbie: NICE weight work, as always. I was surprised I had DOMS from Bob yesterday too. Though there were a lot of weighted squats and HOLDING in the squat position. Guess it got me!
Nora: Awesome workout yesterday!! You must be feeling pretty good. Thanks for the info and the link on the gym thingie. I just wondered. I always put things in the back of my mind, in case I have a fitness purchase urge! LOL!. I also ordered Bob's new cardio, it should be here anyday!!!
Heather: So you're switching it up like you said yesterday? . Sounds like a good plan. Whatever keeps you happy and the enthusiasm going, right?
