Belinda- I hope you had a great workout no matter what you did for cardio. You always kick butt! You rock girlfriend!!

Debbie- Great total body workout for you today. Nice weights too! I have to say its nice to see that your weights were pretty much what I can lift but not weighted bench dips. I have to do those without weight. My wrists just can't take that pressure on them. Oh well, I'm a girl with weak wrists, LOL!!
Bravo on your kick butt total body workout today, sounds like a fun one! WTG!!

Chris- Nicely done on the compact but killer workout today! I see you are revisting the FIYAH, love it still like me eh? That is such a fun workout system and I love that I got the Advanced class workout too! Its worth it to me to have that much fun and love working out. Love it! I love the music. The Stretch 10 class is very nice after an intense workout and i love that its on every dvd so you have that oportunity if you want it. I love your workout today and you got a lot done in a little time. Bravo girlfriend!!!


Roxie- I know its hard to kick your own butt to get motivated to workout but it always seems to help my spirits especially when depressed which is a chronic thing for me. I read an article that exercise is actually a way to help and manage depression because the chemicals your brain release during exercise helps to combat depression. Its sort of a natural treatment for depression that doesnot require medication, its kind of cool. Exercise offers great benefits and no harmful side effects, I love that! hang in there girlfriend. Nicely done on KCM's Kick boxing workout, that's a fun one. Take care and take it easy on yourself, your an amazing person so no being mean to you, got that!
