I will do D27 (CBT) today. I have some nice DOMS going on in my legs & chest!

Disc 27 is done! I also did Naturalyouneys "On the ball yoga workout" with Sara Ivanhoe :D that was one good stretch! Loved it! I will be back later to post my weight workout.BBL!
 
My abs are sore! :D

Today was cardio again, it was suppose to be yoga but I did my stretch workout on Tuesday due to Aunt Flo.

I chose Cardio Coach #6 with Sean and I had a really excellent workout. No knee pain and no inner thigh pain. I had tightness in my inner thigh, but it happened in both so I figured it was becasue I haven't been on my treadmill in quite a while. It was more a tightness of doing something new. I was able to get through an entire hour workout without pain. :eek:

I gotta do invoicing today but I'm off on Monday. Which is cool because dh and I are going to a small town near us and have breakfast there. It's our favorite place to ride to in the summer on our motorcycles. :)
 
Hi ladies. Yesterday I hit the road for an awesome 6.2 mile run. It was just one of those near-perfect runs. Love it when that happens. Today I am going to do weights. Maybe have to forgo legs though. My piriformis is hurting me terribly. I had planned on a long run tomorrow, but we have rain in the forecast now with cooler temps and it'll all depend on my piriformis/sciatica.

Debbie - yay for being off on Monday! Hope you guys have a great ride.

Belinda - that stretch sounds great.

Checking in with my workout. I did Pure Strength: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps. Pretty quick workout! Cathe def goes lighter on this series. I actually found myself going heavier than her! Anyhow, not sure how much DOMS will be showing up. I didn't get muchfrom PS: Back & Bi's. Afterwards, I did Brazillian Butt Lift: High & Tight,just the floor work w/ the band and with ankle weights. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. My ass. Just sayin'

Belinda: NICE job on STS and that stretch sounds heavenly!

Debbie: YAY for a good run and YAY for abs DOMS. Those feel good , dont' they? I love to stretch them out!

Heather: Glad your run was a good one yesterday. I know you've been struggling with workouts again lately? Have fun with weights today! yes, our weather is still very cool. Too cool for me to want to run OR walk w/ Buddy,even
