Checking in with my workout. I did Pure Strength: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps. Pretty quick workout! Cathe def goes lighter on this series. I actually found myself going heavier than her! Anyhow, not sure how much DOMS will be showing up. I didn't get muchfrom PS: Back & Bi's. Afterwards, I did Brazillian Butt Lift: High & Tight,just the floor work w/ the band and with ankle weights. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. My ass. Just sayin'
Belinda: NICE job on STS and that stretch sounds heavenly!
Debbie: YAY for a good run and YAY for abs DOMS. Those feel good , dont' they? I love to stretch them out!
