I am done with CCPP, traveled 5.50 miles and did the stretch from Amy Bento "Abs & stretch" plus Core Max #3 with the med ball!

That's it for me today! My legs are fried! BBL!
 
Today was cardio and I chose Rapid Fire. Did the first 3 Shadow Boxing segments and wore my 1# weighted gloves and then did 2 of the Kickboxing segments but stopped before the blast. I wanted to do abs and I was running out of time. Had a great workout. I really love the abs in this workout.

CARDIO STATS:
52 minutes total
11 minutes below zone
24 minutes in zone
17 minutes above zone
385 calories burned


I had a really hard time getting my HR up but I eventually hit 150 bpm at one point.
 
Hi All!

Today I had a physical in the morning. I had to fast for bloodwork, so afterwards, I came home and ate something and THEN did my workout. It was Athletic Step and Stability Ball Abs.

I did the step on NO risers, just the platform, and my freakin calf pulled 1/2 way through. I pulled out MIchelle Dozios Peak 10 Intervals, and did those for 10 more minutes, but my calf was still tender. I did do the abs , my calf was okay with that.

MIght go take bubby for a walk if I can switch over the laundry quickly...
