Good morning,

The vet doesn't think Browler has seizures, but she is not 100% sure either:eek: I have to video tape him his weekend when he gets those twitchings/shaking! She took some blood tests and checked him out. Thanks for all your kind words!

I will take a rest day today, I am excusted:( will get my cardio in tomorrow!

DH and I will visit my sisters in Nuernberg. I will be back on Sunday morning.

Today was the last workout of this rotation. I now need to decide whether next week will be a total rest week or if I should get up and do yoga and stretching at least three times. I know how I am with my rest weeks, though. Usually I just like to sleep in and let my body heal. It's pretty beat up right now.

Todays total body workout went like this:

3 sets/12 reps with 1 min. 30 sec. rest between each superset.

SS #1
Zottman Curls - 22's (up 2#)
ss w/
Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extensions - 22's (up 2#)
***This was a really tough superset. Almost didn't make 12 reps on the last set of each exercise.

SS #2
Decline Dumbbell Flyes - 27's (up 2#)
ss w/
Bent-Over Lateral Raise - 22's (up 2#)
***Another tough superset. BOLR's were really hard, really felt them.

SS #3
Leg Extensions - 70# (up 10#)
ss w/
Upright Rows - 57# (up 2#)
***Last week 55# Upright Rows about killed me so I only went up 2#. These were tough, especially the last set.

That's all for now. I will figure out what I;ll do next week.

Nora - I'm sorry to hear your neck is hurting. I hope you are feeling better today. Use one of your bean bags on it. That always helped me! :)

Sounds like you need that rest, Belinda. Plus you've got a busy day there. Enjoy the visit with your family!

Debbie: You lift some BIG weights there! :eek: I think just stretching next week would you do some good for you since you've been so tight for most of your stretches. But sleeping in is always nice too! ;)

Nora: OUCH on that neck! good idea to rest completely. You know your body. Hope you feel better today. I can only imagine the nervousness you had about the tsunami!! Glad everyone is ok there.

Today I had a LITTLE more time than usual, I did Turbo Fire HiiT 20 and then did the abs from BM2. LOTS of ab/core work in this rotation!. I also did the Stretch 10 from Turbo Fire. Love the rotator cuff stretches.

work for me tonight and tomorrow, as usual. I still have a headache (day 3). Not HORRID, but work will only make it worse. :confused: Something to look forward to.

I'm happy to report my neck is much better and no pain or tightness so I felt safe to workout today.

Insanity- Cardio Power & Resistance= 40 Min
Met Value= 11.0
Calories burned= 601 Phew!:cool:

Total Calories burned= 1,548:eek::cool:

Ok, I feel I've made up for yesterday's day off from working out and today's workout as well, so I'll be taking tomorrow as my regular rest day. I'll be back Monday for check-ins and personals.
