Hi ladies. Workout recap:
Saturday - 10.5 mile run (last long run before half marathon)
Sunday - MMA Boxing & PH abs
Monday - elliptical and back/biceps at the gym. I had a really strong workout (maybe b/c I was pissed at insurance and had lots of steam to blow off LOL)
TS#1 3x8
Underhand barbell rows - 80#
Pullovers - 30#
Single-arm rows - 30#
TS#2 3x8
Dumbbell curls - 15's (really need to bring weighted gloves with me to gym)
Hammer curls - 15's
Cross-body curls - 15's
Assisted pullups - 8
Concentration curls TF - 5 with 20#
While I felt like 15's were too light at first, doing the trisets did help bring on the burn
Today I have a run on the books.
Debbie - I am thinking of starting that 8-week rotation again. I love love love it. But I actually like the results from the 1st 4 weeks the most. Do you think the 1st half is more building and 2nd more cutting? I was thinking of doing the 4 weeks twice through then the last half for a 12-week plan. Thoughts on that???
