yesterday I started week #2 of Cathe's June 11 Rotation. It was GS: Chest and Triceps. And then I went for a 25 minute run! Some pretty decent DOMS in my chest/tri's today!
I think I got bit by the running bug again. I really felt like going out, so instead of Kickmax, I did a 48 minute run at the park , with hills and stairs, and then came home and did the abs from B&G. + the stretch!
Belinda: that is craziness on the cost of houses there! Nice that you got out to run though!
Debbie: Hope you feel better. I really hate those bad headaches.

I haven't done this workout in a while and had forgotten the choreography so it was as if new to me. I love the music and energy Amy has in this one, so much fun. I just need more practice to get the moves down.
