Sorry for not checking in this weekend. On Saturday I did MM plus abs and yesterday I did Lower Body.

Not sure, what I will do today? Haven't decited on a new rotation yet?

The house hunting is driving me crazy:confused: houses range from $314,900 to 500,000:(:confused: that's a lot of money for a house! Harpers Fairy is one expensive place to live. They also hit you with property taxes:confused:

I will take it easy this week, had enough looking at houses! I will be back later!

Today's workout was Chest and Triceps. Had a great workout.

1 min. 30 second rest between each set.

CHEST
Incline Barbell Press - 90# - 3 sets/6 reps
Dumbbell Press - 35's - 4 sets/8 reps
Decline Dumbbell Flyes - 30's - 3 sets/12/12/10 reps

TRICEPS
Barbell Lying Extension - 55# - 3 sets/6 reps
Overhead Dumbbell Extension - 35# - 3 sets/10 reps
Double Arm Kickbacks - 12's - 3 sets/12 reps

Triceps were burning. Felt really strong today.

Did my first run outside today with the dogs:D I went 30 min. I need to get used to that heat here, I am sweating buckets right now:confused:

Debbie - awesome job, on those weights this morning!

Belinda - Holy crap on the house prices out there! That is incredibly high. Yikes! Hope you can find something a little more reasonable then that. Are they made of gold or something? Nice job with your run. It's hard to workout when it's so humid out.

Tonite I will do KCMs 30mins to Wts. she seems to be working for me I can stick with her workouts, but I am thinking about doing the timesavers on Gym Styles with cardio.

Belinda-it was 85 degrees here at 8:30 this morning suppose to hit 100 the next couple of days. Houses prices in our particular area of Kansas are outrages but that is due to the Military Base nearby.

Debbie-good workout this morning are you finding it easier to workout?
 
Debbie - aren't those house pices nuts? Nope, the are not made of gold or something, lol! Nothing special about those houses either, no kidding! Way to go on your workout today.

Roxie - have fun with KCM tonight. LOL, they always jack up the prices around mititary baseses. Go figure! Where are no mititary bse nearby either, it's just one expensive place.

I just finished working out, Phew! I got a really late start and woke up at 11:30 am. I had to eat and stretch out before I dared to start my workout so I didn't get started until 1 pm my time, ugh!

Ok, that's it for me girls. Still having ITband tightness and dealing with that but it is feeling better so that's progress. I'm super tired and just don't have a lot of energy today. I know I've been saying I'll be back for personals but haven't been able to last that long. I will still try to and hope to be back for personals later. I hope everyone is having a great monday and had killer for workouts today.

Instead of doing wts. I decided to take the dog for a walk even though its still 90 degrees outside. TTOM hit an I am not really feeling very well.
