Nora - LOL girl! I wouldn't call myself a legend. But thanks! And when it comes to running for endurance, I guess you can say I'm a couch potato because I hate running for endurance. But hopefully with this program, I'll start to like it a bit more. Maybe if I can do it and KNOW I can do it, it will be a whole different ballgame. And holy crap on the calories you burned yesterday!

Roxie - Vertigo? Yikes! That sucks. I thought there were meds for vertigo? I'm sorry you are dealing with that, I know it isn't any fun.
Chris - Nice workout! Not quite sure what you are doing, I'm not familiar with it, but it sounds pretty intense. How did you like it other than it going too fast? I hate fast moving stretch or yoga workouts.
