Today was Day 4 of the Cto5K. Today's workout entailed 90 seconds jogging, 2 minutes rest. By the last interval the 2 minutes were welcome. I did it all at 4.5 and walked at 3.0 using a 1% incline. Felt great!

1.865 miles travelled
HR reached 150 bpm at it's highest.

Happy 4th of July!!!

Today I started my 2nd week of Peak Fit. Did Pure Strength for the 2nd time. My band was a bit looser (thank god!!), and since I knew a little bit of the workout, it went smoother too. I've had DOMS in my BUTT for a week from Peak Fit! Not so much upper body. Weird. Maybe tomorrow I'll feel differently, but I'm still loving this system!!

Belinda: Great place to be on the 4th AND great workout to do for the 4th!!
