Good morning,

Thanks for all the (((Hugs))) yesterday! You girls are the best! Yesterday we went to Heidelberg ,DS had an doc appointment. After that we went to the
cemetery in Nuernberg, than we had a late night dinner with my younger sister and her DH. We didn't get to bed until midnight:( Need to wake up, I am so tired.

I will do KB wo today, not sure what yet:eek:

Well, I was still super tired this morning when my alarm went off - but I didn't want to skip another day of working out. So I got up and did TF 45. She kept yelling at me "You're not tired, you're not tired!!" - I kept thinking "yes I am!". I had a good workout though. I am soooo glad it is friday!

Today was the last workout from Meso 2. Disc 24, Back & Biceps. Can't believe week 4 is over. I'm on a recovery week now until Aug. 9th. My body needs it so I'm looking forward to the break.

This one was another drop set workout. With each drop set there was only a 10 second rest between each set. Burned like a mother!

Warmup:
Lat Pulldowns w/Band
T-Pull w/Band
Y's w/Band
***Used the green band and did 12 reps of each.

Workout:
Overhand Pullups
Medium Grip Chinups
Chinups
***Used my bands for this and did 12 reps each exercise.

Pullovers - 35#/10 reps
Pullovers - 30#/10 reps
Pullovers - 25#/10 reps
***Drop Set and it burned.

One-Arm Horizontal Row - 35#/10 reps
One-Arm Horizontal Row - 30#/10 reps
One-Arm Horizontal Row - 25#/10 reps

Barbell Deadlifts - 65#/12 reps
Barbell Deadlifts - 65#/10 reps
Barbell Deadlifts - 65#/12 reps
***This was not a drop set. 1 minute rest between each set.

Barbell Curl - 55#/10 reps
Barbell Curl - 50#/10 reps
Barbell Curl - 45#/8 reps (to failure)
***Ok, Cathe and crew went to 20 reps on this. If you start with 80# of your 1RM there is no way you should be able to hit 20 reps with the 3rd set. I barely squeeked out 8 reps.

Incline Double-Arm Curls w/Twist - 25's/10 reps
Incline Double-Arm Curls w/Twist - 20's/10 reps
Incline Double-Arm Curls w/Twist - 15's/12 reps (To failure)
***First two sets were very tough, probably should have started with 22's.

Seated Concentration Curls - 25#/10 reps
Seated Concentration Curls - 22#/10 reps
Seated Concentration Curls - 20#/10 reps
***Perfect weights for this one. Bi's were fried!

Tonite for me is the final CLX Push Phase 3 and then onto the Lean Phase. I also didn't get abs done last night had unexpected company so I will do those too.

Belinda-I know how it is to be tired haven't slept well all week and my brain is fuzzy.

Debbie-good job with the workout and enjoy your motorcycle ride hot and muggy here again today.
 
Hey Girls!

I think half of us are gone to the Road Trip!! Can't wait to hear how it is and what they're doing!

I slept crappy last night too. And when I did sleep, I had nightmares. ick. I didn't have much energy, but I pushed myself to do CLX Shoulders (after the step warm up) and then TURBO FIRE 55 EZ Class. I truly didn't think I had the energy for it, but Chalene pulled it out of me! Seems like the music picks up at the end and gets me going, esp with the 2 finales!!! :eek: :eek:

Belinda: Hope you find a good KB workout today!

Debbie: Congrats on finishing MESO 2!!! Holy cow, that went fast! Enjoy your rest week, be nice to your hard working body!! AND enjoy the bike ride. It is also gorgeous here!

Roxie: You go on the Push Phase!!! ALmost there! And get those abs done! I did the Stability Ball abs from Abs circuit yesterday, and my TRICEPS are super sore! Who knew? LOL!

Karen: I think you posted in the wrong spot! but wanted to say HI!!! You're doing TF too, huh? Don't you love it?

Oh yes! Wicked DOMS in my legs and butt today! PLB did not fail me!!!
 
Hi girls!;)

I finished my workou today and I'm finished with Meso cycle 1 officially the second time now. It was tough because my muscles on the right side of my body have gotten weaker since I did Meso cycle 1 last. MS has impacted my strength and balance on the right side of my body, I did have damage to my right eye as well making the vision blurry to the point I could not focus at all. But that damage to the optic nerve on the right eye did heal and repair. So thats a plus, my vision is not 100% now but I can see and now have reading glasses because everything is out of focus if too close to my eyes. I have to hold everything away to read. My reading glasses make reading soo much better. Oops, I didn't mean to go on and on like that. My bad.:eek:

STS Disc 12 M1- W4- Legs= 54 min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 442

Total Calories burned= 1,142:eek::cool:

That's if for me today, but I plan to come back for personals. I wish I was with our lucky gals with on the RT. I'll seeya later for personals, Happy Friday!:)
