CRAZY, STRONG & LOVING IT FOR JULY 19, 2011

Today was total body and I chose Power Hour. Wow, I keep forgetting how wicked that workout is. I like it, though, always a goodie!

Ran out of time so I skipped the abs. I will do them either tomorrow or Friday after my runs.

Another hot day here today suppose to be 103. I am going to do KCMs Split Sessions Upper Body.

Debbie-looking forward to starting your rotation now if I could only get my eating in check. GET THOSE ABS DONE!

Belinda-couldn't imagine doing that workout in this heat or a RV.
 
I forgot to post my workouts this morning: first I walked the dogs for 35 min, than I did IMAX 2 and 30 min of yoga. I feel so much better today.

Roxie - we do have 2 AC's in the RV(I actully get cold with the AC on):p Working out in the RV is no problem or an excuse:p:eek: I also have two fans running, so I am cool. And btw, our RV is 34 feet long on top;) plenty space to get a workout in;)

Debbie - PH is wicked, in a good way! Get those abs in, girl!

Chris and Nora - what are you guys up too today?

Hi Girls!

Today was Pure Cardio from Peak Fit Challenge! I was feeling very wiped out still from work and little sleep, but pushed the workout. I was sweating PUDDLES when I was done! I jumped in the pool and floated on my raft afterwards, and that was soooo refreshing!! Just what I needed.

Belinda: you did a LOT today! Nice job!!!

Debbie: Great workout with Power Hour!!! it is a toughie, even though it's old. You're getting in some good Cathe TB workouts this rotation!

Roxie: It's very muggy here along with the heat! thank God for A/C and pools! Sounds like you have a good workout planned tonight.
 
Belinda-your RV sounds very nice and I am glad that you are still able to do your workouts.

Chris-they say in Omaha Nebraska they are throwing ice cubes in the pools to cool them down.

Hi girls!;)

I didn't workout from Fri-Mon but had to cave today and I did HiiT 40/20 which was harder I think than the double wave pyramid. Man, that totally drenched me, it felt great. Then I did CLX Recharge which is a stretch/yoga inspired. I've been in so much pain and discomfort of course that makes me really obsess about workingout. I thought I needed to rest so I did but I do feel better with workingout so I'm enjoying the pain relief from that. I think I'll still call this a recovery week and not start PeakFit until Monday. So not much to check in with but I see you all are workingout and getting it done, so bravo!!!;)
