I almost forgot I did RWH Circuit LB = 47 min instead of XT legs today . Too many power 7's for me:( All familiar moves:confused:

Don't work until 1 today so I chose KCM Muscle Up First Set Pump this morning.

Belinda-I think I am going to hold off on the new ones just not sure I need them.

Done with my workouts. I did TF workout.

I weight in this morning and I am down 4 pounds:D

Roxie - I am glad my friend let me try them out before I buy. If you have all the other Cathe workouts, you really don't need the new ones. The moves in the cardio are the same as in her other/older ones. I am glad I canceled my preorder. The one I did yesterday had endless power 7's, really? Wished Cathe would have done different moves, I am getting tired of doing the same stuff over and over. If I would own almost every Cathe DVD, I would be all over it. Some people don't mind doing the same stuff over and over:oops: . This is why I change things up every day, with different instructors. I think from now on I will wait for reviews on her next preorders. I be honest I have enough dvd to last me a least for a few years.:p

CB= 288

Total calories burned= 712;)

Today I did the new Ripped Hiit Lift It, Hit It Back, Bi's & Shoulders. I like this workout, it wasn't as bad as I thought, although there was an exercise section I skipped as you'll see below. My upper back felt it so I stopped. Other than that, it's a great workout!

This is what I did:

BACK
On Arm Row:
30# - 3 sets/12 reps
Finisher - Barbell Underhand Rows: 30# - 20 reps
Finisher - Power Band Pulls - 20 reps

Pullovers: 30# - 3 sets/12 reps
Finisher - Barbell Overhand Rows: 30# - 20 reps
Finisher - Supine Band Pulls - 20 reps

One Arm Angle Row: 25# - 3 sets/12 reps
Finisher - One Arm Band Pulls: 20 Reps

Rear Delt Flies: 12's - 3 sets/12 reps
Finisher - One Arm Band Pulls: 20 Reps

Prone Rear Delt Flies: Skipped. Tried it and it gave me a small pull where I always get knot. Dropped it instantly.
Finisher - T-Band Pulls: Skipped

BICEPS
Barbell Curls:
30# - 3 sets/12 reps
Finisher - Dumbbell W's: 5's - 20 reps - Need to go up on these

Concentration Curls: 25# - 1 set/12 reps; 2 sets/10 reps
Finisher - Barbell Crazy 8's: 25#
I seriously HATE concentration curls. I don't know why Cathe insists on doing these with every bicep workout she does. They suck and I never feel them and they hurt my elbows. I usually do them in hammer curl style, that makes it tolerable for my elbows.

Simultaneous Hammer Curls: 12's - 3 sets/12 reps (did 10 reps for the 2nd set, my bi's were feeling this one)
Finisher - Barbell Crazy 8's: 20#

Today I did Cardio Coach #3. I was so tired this morning, I'm shocked I had such a good workout. At first it didn't feel right at all to be on my treadmill, but then after I warmed up I was good to go.

Workout was 40 minutes, I ran 2.29 miles and burned about 255 calories.

I won't be working out tomorrow as I have to be at work really early. Not happy about missing a day, I've been on a roll here.

Good for you modifying when you decided you didn't need more on the back area as you were feeling it already no use to overdue it, good thinking. Awesome workout with Cardio Coach Volume # 3 today I'm, working my way up to that one. Fantastic workout with CC Vol. 3 today, WTG girlfriend. I did a run/walk on the treadmill this morning before work. I have major DOMs from yesterdays workout which is hard to believe because I never have that problem.

I also did RWH Plyo 1 and RWH abs #1. I am done for tonight. Plyo was a lot of high impact (lots of jumping). The music in that one was not bad.

Nora - that's a lot of cal you burned today. WTG, girl!

I pulled out and oldie Total Body Sculpting and used 8lb wts instead of the 3's that Cathe uses and boy it was a good workout.

I had a migraine yesterday so no workout. I've been busy this week, but able to get most of my workouts in

Today I did RWH Back Shoulders Biceps. I actually love ALL of RWH so far, and don't see where Cathe "rushed" to get it done. I think the quality is fine and I love her personality in all the workouts so far.

You girls have been doing great!!! Keep it going! See you next week!
