Good morning,

I didn't get a workout in yesterday:confused: Went to lunch with a friend:D went to a a Change of Responsibility Ceremony:rolleyes: which took forever:confused: got home, took Browler to the vet. Came home and cooked dinner! That was it!

Today I will do cardio & abs;)

Morning,

I ended up doing CTX "Power Circuit" (minus the back workout) + HST " All 5 Cardio sections" premix 10 min + planks/abs/stretch from CTX "Power Circuit". I have never done the Power Circuit workout, was a lot of fun, I also used only 5#. I will walk my dogs and later this afternoon I will do a nice stretch/yoga workout!

Work it, girls! BBL!
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #2 revised and had an excellent workout. I really like this workout. I reached the levels with no problems and with Challenge #3 I got my HR up to the 160's and wasn't even breathing hard. And my HR didn't feel like it was that high.

Loved it! My inner thigh started to get tight with the last 2 treks but not bad. Knee did fine.

HR STATS:
37 minutes total
4 minutes below zone
5 minutes in zone
30 minutes above zone
335 calories burned
2 miles travelled


Then I did the stretch from Karen Voight's Yoga Focus. Felt very good!!!
 
Good Morning,

I was going to do wts. today but I think I need a new pillow left shoulder and neck really hurt today so its probably going to be cardio or maybe I will try the new 10min Solution Pilates workout I bought.

Hi Girls!

I did KPC today. Wasn't thrilled about that choice, but when I started doing it, loved it and got into it , of course! Ab work on the ball was great, though my core was sore from Planks yesterday on S&H Chest and Back, so I only eeked out about 2 pikes on the ball.

Roxie: NICE workout last night! Good job getting that in!

Belinda: Hey, it's recovery week, no biggie on missing yesterday's workout! Sounds like you got an extra good one in today! The weather is nice there for doggie walks? My poor Buddy has been so deprived with the 2+ feet of snow we've had on the ground since after Christmas....:(

Debbie: GREAT cardio fun today! and you got in the stretches! Proud of you!

Core Max-
Tough Core Premix= 18 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 123

Total calories burned= 710;)

Nora - awesome job on iTread Set 6/New Providence/ab workout today.

Chris - yeah, you are right about recovery week! LOL! My dogs were deprived when we had all that snow too. You will walk Buddy soon again, the weather has to change! The snow melted last week, we suppsoe to get snow on Friday again:confused:. DH thinks it will not stick. Thank goodness! We had enough of that stuff! Glad you had fun, with KPC today!
