Today I ended up doing MMA Boxing & abs! That ab workout is a killer!

BBL! Gotta run to the grocery store! BTW, I am still looking!

M1 D3 (legs)

Warm up:
Walking Lunges & Plie Squats - BW
One Leg Touch Down Squats
Firewalkers

Workout:
One Leg Elevated Lunges - 23#, up 3 lb
Deadlifts Wide Stance - 75#, up 5 lb
One Leg Side Back Lunges with Plate - 15#, up 2 lb
Side Lunges with Paper Plate - 15#, up 2 lb
Wall Squat Ball & Leg Extension - BW
Squats - 75#, up 5 lb
Calf Raises - 75#, up 5 lb
Front Lunge Same Leg - 65#, up 5 lb
Stiff Legged Deadlift on Platform - 60#
Wall Squats Double Leg - 15#
Lateral Step Ups - 20#, up 5 lb
Drop Side Lunge & stand with Knee lift - 20#, up 5 lb
Sequential Lunge Into Front Kick Combo - 15#, up 5 lb
Squats Narrow Stance - 75#, up 5 lb
Calf Raises - 75#, up 5 lb
Deadlifts Wide Stance - 65#, dropped 5 lb!

Bonus:
Pulse Leg to side straight leg - 24 reps (R & L)
Bent Leg Pulse to Side Balance paper plate - 24 reps
Front/Back fan Kicks - 12 reps
Calf Raises - BW/ 25 reps
Tibiallis Press & Pulls with Stability ball - 25 reps

Good Afternoon,

I didn't get a chance to do Zumba couldn't get the wii to work but I did do SJP Step then Turbo Fire HiiT 15 and Stretch 10. Later I need to do some abs.
