Hope you all had a great weekend? Browler is getting his stitches out;) I can start taking him for a walk again.

Today starts my revovery week! I will do cardio & lots of stretching this week.

Not sure, what I will do today?

Good Morning,

I have decided not to have a set rotation this month and just do whatever I am in the mood to do. I know tonite that I will be doing KCMs KBXing, and I plan on incorporting pilates this month. We are expecting 2-4 inches of snow tomarrow will it ever stop?

Belinda-glad to hear puppy looses his stitches today.
 
Today was total body doing supersets. Same workout as last Monday only I added in my leg exercise. Knees is 100%! :cheer:

Did 4 sets/5 reps with each superset. 1 minute rest between each set.

Stiff Leg Deadlift - 95# (up 5#)
***I did 165# first to see how knee would feel. Upped it 185# but could have gone up higher but ran out of weights.

Barbell Curls - 60# (up 5#)

Close Grip Bench Press - 87# (up 7#)

Then I did part of Yoga Flow by Karen Voight which was a mistake. Should have just done a good stretch workout for about 20 minutes. Yoga needs strength and I sure didn't have that after this workout. Next time I'll know to just do a relaxing stretch workout.
 
Well, I'm horrible at check-ins over the weekend. So quick recap: Saturday I did a 45 minute speedy round of intervals on the treadmill. Worked up a really good sweat. Did some push-up work with the hubs (he's trying to help me get that form down which is a huge goal for me) and then just the abs from CF Body Sculpt, didnt' have time for the whole thing. Sunday I did a slightly shorter version of the intervals from Sat. I was NOT in the mood to do anything when I got up but once I got 5-mins into my workout, it went really well! Score one for me. ;-) Both days I stretched for awhile after my running. Bonus pts!

Today I start week two of my Core Fusion Challenge. My sister and I are doing it together as part of our weekly "sisters dinner" and are doing Core Fusion Body Sculpt I think. Looking forward to it tonight, fingers crossed on minimal traffic going home.

Belinda - enjoy that active recovery week!! That went by so fast, the first cycle of STS! How are you loving it?

Debbie - YAY on the knees!!!

Roxie - I think that's a great idea, to avoid a rotation and just go with what feels good. Sometimes that's better than being overly planned. Good luck!

I just finished my workout for the day. I don't feel like I'll be following any rotation this month, but just sort of coming up with my own stuff for on my own this month.

GS-Chest and Tri's= 48 Min

Jackie Warner Xtreme Abs-Standing Abs= 16 Min

Total calories burned= 1,047

Ok, that's it for me right now. I'm off for a much needed shower, and then off to the library with my 8th grader to help him with homework crisis and grades. I'll try to come back later for personals but I'm not promising anything.

Hi girls!

Started a new rotation today, Cathe's OCTOBER 08 Rotation. It has Slow & Heavy, 4DS and Pyramid. Pretty cool, I'm looking forward to it! today was S&H Chest and Back. OMG, I'd forgotten how hard SLOW can be! I was shaking! Pretty decent workout! I had to get some cardio in , due to having take out pizza yesterday. So I added on Turbo Fire HiiT 15! :eek: tough stuff for a Monday after working overnights all weekend and little sleep!

Belinda: Enjoy recovery week!!! It's fun to explore different cardios...

Debbie: Glad your leg is better!!! Keep up the stretching. Yes, Yoga isn't "easy" sometimes!

Roxie: Sounds like a good plan for the month!

Jessica; Nice workouts this weekend! Nice you're doing Core Fusion with your sis! Tell her "hi" from me!
