Morning,

I just got back from the gym with DH! I did CCV2 on the spinning bike

I was sweating my butt off, not sure how much cal I burned? My HR wasn't working, but believe me I was a sweaty mess

I also did 4DS KB abs + stretch! That's it for me today!
