I will do cardio today, haven't decited what I will do yet? My booty still hurts from Sunday's workout:eek:

Nora - thanks for the website:) I will check it out!

I just finished HiiT "DWP", love that one;) and I added the premix from B&G " Floorwork & abs" 47 min. Why did I added B&G after my butt was already hurting from Sunday, beats me:p:eek:

Need to relax a few minutes than take the dogs for a walk, not sure how long I will walk them? It's freezing coooold outside:confused: It may be only 5 min:p BBL!
 
Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I wasn't exactly sure what I was going to do.

Saturday I ran my longest run - 12 miles. Sunday I did legs and abs. Yesterday I ended up doing the run that was supposed to be for today (was supposed to have jury duty and didn't know if I could get the run in). The run was 3 miles, 2 x(2:00, 3:00, 4:00) intervals, 2 miles. I just couldn't manage the last full 2 miles - after the intervals I was at 6.7 miles, so I just rounded it out to 8 and called it quits.

Today I will likely do back, biceps, abs and a little bit on the elliptical.

Belinda - you're too funny doing the additional booty work when your booty was already sore!

Debbie - you're flying right along with that rotation. Love it. I need to figure out what I am going to do with my weights after this darn half marathon.

Roxie - it was 70 yesterday and right now 36, supposed to at least get up to 50 though. Crazy weather huh?

Today was cardio and I chose Rapid Fire. Love this workout. I did all of the Shadow Boxing and all of the Kickboxing. Worked up a great sweat!

I am SO SICK of this winter. We got hit with about 6 more inches of snow. I wish spring would be here already. Only 1 more month to go, hopefully!
 
Good Morning,

I didn't get a workout in last night the kids came over. My mom was in a horrible car crash yesterday she has a broken knee cap, tore up arm, pain in her chest from airbag and bruised stomach. She is being released from the hospital today.

Debbie-wish I had your dedication to working out I know I would hit my goals before summer.

Belinda-good job with your workout.

Heather-suppose to be in the 40s today 50s tomarrow and then 30s for the rest of the week with a chance of freezing rain and snow. I hate winter.

Hi Girls!

Did my workout earlier, but got busy with the boys.

I did the Leg Weights from 4DS Kickbox first and then did HiiT 40/20. Holy mama, PUKE status on that one!!! :eek:

After lunch me and 2 of my boys took Buddy for an hour walk at the park. It was in the lower 30's, but BIG brilliant warm sunshine. It was gorgeous out! Lots of doggy friends for Buddy to see!

Belinda: DWP was enough, PLUS you did the leg work on B&G ? You nut you. I do love the abwork from that workout though, don't you?

Debbie: YAY for a good cardio day! I know you ahve trouble with those.

Roxie: OMG, so sorry to hear about your mom! I'm glad she's ok enough to go home. How scary!

Heather: Sounds like you could def use a rest day. You train so hard! You're feeling well, otherwise?

Nora: that hybrid workout link is AMAZING! Makes me think about doing a P90X and Turbo Fire rotation..... I've never done P90X before. I wonder if I'd like it better if I had TF with it? You did some KICKBUTT workouts yesterday and today!!! WOW! ANother of my friends recently got into kettlebells, and between her and you , I'm getting the itch! LOL!

Belinda- Wow, what killer workout for you today with HiiT DWP and then Butts & Guts Floor work and abs:eek: That's a killer workout girlfriend, you nailed it, :WTG!! Your welcome about the link I posted, I hope you find a hybrid rotation you like. Do you have Turbo Fire? If not you'd love it! Its super fun and a sweatfest calorie burner with great music but its not as tough on the joints impact wise as Insanity. You can check out the video of the infomercials at beachbody.com. Heather- OMG! You ran 12 miles the other day:eek::cool: You rock girlfriend that's amazing WTG on Saturday's workout. Sunday you did legs and abs:eek: Are you sure your legs were even answering the call after that 12 mile run, I know mine would just wave the white flag, your a workout warrior:cool: Then the other day you did a 3 mile run and two more miles of intervals, Ugh! You are awesome and don't let anyone tell you anything less, Bravo!!! Applause!!!^^^5's:cool::);)

Debbie- Awesome workout today with Rapid Fire doing all the shadow boxing and all the kickboxing. I do love Rapid Fire as well and the premixes are so amazing with lots of variety. I hope Susan Chung makes more workout video's. Excellent workout!!!;):):cool:

Roxie- OMG! I'm so sorry to learn that your Mom was in a terrible car accident crash. Don't worry about not workingout. Gees, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom, please give her a hug for me. I know you said she'll be getting out of the hospital today, I hope she will heal and recuperate quickly. Please take care and be careful. Just know I'll say a prayer for your mom wishing her well. Chris- Nice workout today with 4DS Kickbox Weights and then HiiT 40/20, Whoa that's a major sweatfest of a workout, WTG!!!;):) I'm sure Buddy and your boys enjoyed the walk and sunshine, just wish it was warmer is all. I see you saw the link I Posted about the hybrid workouts. P90X is a really good workout I've done it as recommended once. Its not as challenging as STS, but there are some different upperbody lifts than what I'd done before. Tony Horton's love pushups, pullups and chinups. I'd not really done alot of them before but it was good for me and did help me. I did see improvement as a result. I found the hybrid links just the other day and was so excited about it. I just had to share the info. I really liked the idea of a Hybrid rotation of P90X and Insanity. I also was eyeing the P90X and Turbo Fire hybrid rotation as well. Plus I have P90X+ but haven't done that one yet, so I might do the hybrid P90X and P90X+, it an option. Now I have all these cool hybrid rotations of beachbody stuff I already own I feel like a kid in the candy store with all the options plus the ones Cathe does for us and Debbie as well. I'm just surrounded by Awesome rotations, and I love it!:):D So, many rotations, so little time but I do the best I can. I think I have an addiction to workingout, now if it could just show up on the scale and in my clothes I'd be thrilled. LOL!! have a great night!
