
Hi girls~
I know, I know I'm on a recovery and rest week but I couldn't help it. Yep, I caved but it was not a heavy duty sweating buckets OMG that kicked my butt sort of workout. But, still it was very good and I feel it was a great workout for me today. So, having said all that I will now check in.
Here's today's Recovery Week workout:
KCM Complete Cardio Sculpting= 50 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 410
I still did my now daily foam roller workout prior to doing this so I was able to move pain free.
This was a very fun workout so glad I got it to add to my KCM workout collection. This was very much like a lighter slightly more cardio aerobic burn than Your Best Body with active cardio rests that are Plyometric moves and really get the heart rate up there. Its very reminescent of the New Your Best Body workout but the moves are a bit faster with the weights so I went much lighter using 6.6 lb db's for light and heavy 8.0 lbs db pairs. This workout also has a good warm up plus abs and a stretch at the end. So, you get much accomplished in little time very nice workout. This was a fun workout for today and I'll definitely reach for it again, good stuff!
Roxie- Have a great workout with Ellen Barrett's Burn and Firm Pilates. She has some really great Pilates workouts, so I know you'll have a great workout. Take care!
