CRAZY STRONG & LOVING IT FOR FEB 19,2011

Good Mornng,

Today I will do HSCircuit and then later I want to do Zumba on the wii while DH watches a basketball game. Tomarrow I am going to come up with a set workout schedule so I am not guessing what I want to do.

I am excited to report that I have lost 8# since Jan. 2nd and at least 1/2" on all measurements that I measured. I'm so excited, I honestly didn't think I was doing this good. My eating still isn't where it should be. I'm happy about these results.

Today I did total body and had a great workout. Feel great today!

2 sets/12 reps with 1 min. 30 second rest between each set.

Upright Rows - 45#
Leg Press Station - 175#
Flat Barbell Press - 75#
Bent Over Lateral Raise - 15's
Overhead Extensions - 30#
Leg Press Calf Raises - 200#

Then I did the ab work from Cathe's Total Body workout - love that one. And also did the stretch from that workout. Nice one, I liked that as well.

Hi Everyone!

Was busy yesterday, so didn't get a chance to check in ...

Yesterday I did PLB , even the ball work! I have a little bit of DOMS today from it. It really is a great workout! I ended up taking Buddy to the park for a 40 minute walk in the afternoon. We had an unseasonably WARM day (60's, sunny) and Buddy has gained 9 lbs since October. Gotta get in the walks again!!!

Today was Yoga/Pilates day on my rotation. Super tough for me to do that, since I ate "off" last night and feel like I should do cardio. But I behaved myself and did it like I was supposed to ! :p . I took out Kathy Smith's Project You and did the 20 Minute Pilates/Core and the 20 Minute Yoga/Flex workouts. Pretty nice, simple, but to the point.

Debbie: Congrats on the workout AND the weight loss! I'm soooo very jealous! :p . I have a kind of related question, if you don't mind divulging, How old are you? I know you said you have a birthday next month...

I just finished today's workout so I'm reporting in for today's check in.

Here's today's workout:

Insanity Cardio Abs= 20 Min
Met Value= 4.50
Calories burned= 123

Paul Katami- Kettlebell Kombos-Kettlebell workout only= 41 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 364

Jackie Warner Xtreme Time Saver Training= 32 Min
Met Value= 5.50
Calories burned= 240

Oh man, did Jackie Warner ever suprise me with this workout. Its all compound circuit moves done with very light weight. I used #5 db's I'm used to lifing much heavier in a true weight work, but this was more of a circuit style so you need to go light, infact I wouldn't recommend using heavier than #5 db's. Jackie really maximizes the 32 minutes of this workout with compound circuit moves and eventhough its super light weight you will feel it. This is a great short on time add-on when you need to squeeze in some kind of toning in, and this is no joke of a workout. This was my first time with this workout so that's why a bit of review.

Total calories burned= 727;)
