Hi Everyone!
Was busy yesterday, so didn't get a chance to check in ...
Yesterday I did PLB , even the ball work! I have a little bit of DOMS today from it. It really is a great workout! I ended up taking Buddy to the park for a 40 minute walk in the afternoon. We had an unseasonably WARM day (60's, sunny) and Buddy has gained 9 lbs since October. Gotta get in the walks again!!!
Today was Yoga/Pilates day on my rotation. Super tough for me to do that, since I ate "off" last night and feel like I should do cardio. But I behaved myself and did it like I was supposed to !

. I took out Kathy Smith's Project You and did the 20 Minute Pilates/Core and the 20 Minute Yoga/Flex workouts. Pretty nice, simple, but to the point.
