I will do abs and D 15 today:p I will work my abs first, this way I don't skip them again!

Yesterday I ended up going to the gym. It was way too windy out for a run. I did 15 mins on the elliptical to warm up then did trisets of 3x8 for shoulders and triceps:

TS#1
Shoulder press - 20's
Lateral raise - 12's
Rear delt press - 12's

Front raise open to side back to front (not a clue what they're called) - 8 reps

TS#2
double-arm overhead triceps ext - 30
Lying DB triceps ext - 15's
Double-arm kickbacks - 12's

Dips - 16

I did some abs then another 15 mins on the elliptical.

This morning I couldn't sleep and got up and did just the 1st 2 combos only from MMA KB then stretched for a bit.

Belinda - are you serious about the RT?????
 
Ok, it took ALL my might not to find a reason to call in sick today. It's going to be in the 60s today and I am DYING to run again outside. Of course, I *do* need a rest day this week so today is gonna be it, sadly. I was SO hoping the weather would stick around for tomorrow so I could run outside but we're expecting 50MPH wind gusts, what is UP with that?? Maybe they'll hold off until I run in the morning?? Wishful thinking :(

I did get core fusion in yesterday after my run, it was a good workout as usual. Feeling very strong!!

Belinda!! Are you signing up for real?? Heather and I (and Jo!) are all signing up, too!! How FUN will that be???

Today was an unscheduled rest day. By mid-day yesterday my low back started to bother me and by the time I got home it was really tight and achy. I took 2 Aleve and did some back bends, which made it feel a lot better, but still not that great. I laid on ice as well.

I feel a lot better this morning but didn't want to chance it. I'm not even sure what I did that aggrevated it. So I'd rather lose a workout day then be laid up for weeks. I know how this goes, I've had it before. And aggrevating it is not a good idea.

I'll eat clean today and try to cut back a bit on calories. My eating hasn't been great. I really wish I could get this under control and just do it.

Tonite is wt. work. I am still having problems with my shoulder blade and neck, dh tried to massage it yesterday but it didn't help. Have any of you ever experienced trying to put your paycheck in the bank only to discover your boss doesn't have enough funds to cover it, I was really pissed last night and embarassed.

Debbie-hope the back gets better I feel your pain. I too am having a problem with eating even if I eat 3 meals and snacks I feel like I am starving to death most of the time.

Jess-its suppose to be in the upper 50s here but they are calling for rain. Good job with your workout. I should have the Core Fusion I put on Netflix Tuesday can't wait to tell you how I liked it.

Debbie - ouch on the back, hope it feels better tomorrow. I hear you on the eating too. Why is that so darn hard?

Roxie - that really sucks on the paycheck. DH used to work for a restaurant where they had to rush out and cash the checks right away to make sure they got their money.

Jessica - I firmly believe that all employees deserve at least 1 "It's too freaking nice to be inside" day and 1 "It's way too crappy to be at work" day.

I'm sorry about personals tonight. I planned to do them but my neck muscles decided to tighten up like a giant clinched fist, so not fun. Sadly, I'll have to skip personals tonight.
