Not sure what I am going to do today. DH and I are going shopping for new pillows hopefully that will help the neck pain.

I decided to do High Step Circuit wanted cardio and wts. today.

Today was total body doing supersets. Same workout as last Saturday.

Did 3 sets/15 reps with each superset. 2 minute rest between each set.

Decline Dumbbell Press - 25's (up 5#)

Hi Everyone!

Today is my busy day, so if I can get in a HiiT , I'm happy! I did Turbo Fire's HiiT 20 (which I think is actually the easiest of the TF HiiTs, what do you think, Roxie and Nora?). I also did the Stretch 10 (12) , which felt good. I do love to stretch!

Belinda: I'm doing the October 08 Rotation. It's lean muscle building and the cardio to lean out too (if you eat right, which is 99% of it, if you ask me). It's a combo of S&H, the Pyramids, and 4DS. the Last week goes back to S&H. I really liked doing the S&H for a change! Though I got very little DOMS from the workouts, even though they were challenging for me to finish all the reps. Weird. ... So you're on to Meso 2 next week?

Roxie: Nice job on the workout last night! YES! definitely better than NO workout, you done good!. Hope you find a nice pillow!

Debbie: 100 lbs for calf raises? :eek: OUCH!

Kettlebell Drills- Kettlebell Clinic= 34 Min plus Bonus Kettle Bell Core= 18 Min
Total Length= 53 Min
Total Calories burned= 507
Met Value= 7.0
Used 10lb KB because of cardio nature.

Total calories burned= 794 ;):cool:

I have to say I really like Paul Katami Kettlebells he did demonstrate great form and technique and showing the safe and correct way to perform moves. Yeah! I learned the correct way now to perform a snatch without having the Kettle bell bang into my wrist.;) So cool!!!:)

Chirs - the Oct '08 rotations sounds wonderful, need to check it out. Love all of those workouts too. Nice job, on TF today.
