Workout is done:) I did CTX "10-10-10" plus abs from All Step!

TGIF ladies! Sorry I've been MIA this week, busy at work which hasn't left much time for forum chatter. Boo!

Still on the 30-day core fusion challenge so it's been Core Fusion for me this week. Sunday I ran on the treadmill, intervals all the way for about 45 mins. Monday I did Core Fusion: Body Sculpt; Tuesday I did Core Fusion: Lean & Toned, Wednesday was a rest day, Thursday was Core Fusion Pilates Plus and today was a doozie - Core Fusion Boot Camp. Killer!

I have to say, I'm feeling much taller and stronger and am DEFINITELY seeing improvement in core strength and toning. This is SO worth it to me! And surprisingly, I'm not freaking out as much as i thought about the mindset shift since I'm so used to those heavy and awesome Cathe weight workouts. This is totally different, but in a good and much-needed way. Yippee :)

I'll be back for personals if I can catch up on all your workouts this week. I'm sure they've been awesome!!
 
Today I did Yoga Flow from Karen Voight's Yoga & Sculpting DVD. Felt good but even though this is a beginners workout, some of the poses were really hard for me. I cannot believe how tight I am. My muscles just don't seem like they want to be pliable again. I'm sure this will take time. I need to keep at it. I feel pretty good right now. Energized.

Then I did the Ab Work from STtep, Jump & Pump.

Today I did S&H Biceps & Triceps, plus I did the abs too.

Tough workout! God, my muscles were shaking crazy!!!

Belinda: Nice going on 10-10-10!!! That's kind of fun! haven't done it in a while though!

Debbie: VERY good choice to keep with the Yoga! Yep, keep at it!!!

Roxie: NICE job last night , how are your legs feeling today? was it an all lower body workout?

Jessica: Missed ya! Great job on Core Fusion! Sounds intense and like it's working! Hi-5's!

Nora: Nice workout yesterday!! as usual!

Chris-it is a mix of compound moves my legs are sore but not like I thought they would be. I am waiting for my shoulders to be sore because it contained alot of shoulder work.

Debbie - you should consider them too, you sound JUST like me. SO freakin' tight that flexibilty is near-impossible. These workouts are great for that but also really great for core...love them so much!
